SUPPLEMENT to Form 15-071
SVI-450i cvcc POWER SOURCE FOR 575-VOLT SERVICE
Part No. 31955
F-15-072
July, 1995
I. General
This supplement covers the SVI-450i Power Source specifically designed for 575 Volt — 60 Hertz service. It is identical to the standard SVI-450i, P/N 31950 unit covered in Form 15-071 except for the following:
IMPORTANT
As shipped from the factory, all 575-volt units are hooked-up to operate “only” from a 575-volt input. This unit “does not” contain a Voltage Changeover Input Terminal Board assembly.
A. Replacement Parts:
Main Transformer Assy. (MTR) - P/N 31685 replaces P/N 31133. Control Transformer Assy. (CTR) - 31686 replaces P/N 31134. Power P.C. Board Assy. (PB1 and PB2) - P/N 31423 replaces P/N 674991. Capacitors (C5 and C6) - P/N 672348 replaces P/N 950516.
II. Form 15-071 is applicable to this unit except
as follows:
A. See Revised Specification Table following.
B. See Revised Table for Recommended Input Con-
ductors and Line Fuses.
Note that the customer can either use the factory supplied input power cable (No. 6 AWG, 4/c, type SO, 90° C, 12-ft. 19.), or provide his own leads per the Input Table.

C. Changes To Troubleshooting Section Vl, as fol-
lows:
All resistance and (low) voltage check readings described in 15-071 are applicable to this unit, except those designated with the symbol H.V. . This symbol indicates “high” voltage checks which are not applicable and cannot be safely made in this unit because it does not contain an input terminal board-reference the Capacitor Warning in the booklet (15-071).
