INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PUSH-PULL CONTROL KIT for

4HD WIRE FEEDERS

P/N 34327

To install kit, proceed as follows:

Before performing any service, disconnect the wire
feeder from the welding power source to insure
input power is off.

1. Remove the cover from the wire feeder.

2. Locate the small transformer on the base of the feeder
and remove the two #6-32 screws which secure the
transformer to the base.

3. Install the push-pull option into the holes of the trans­former and through the holes in the base used to
mount the transformer.

4. Lay the feeder on side and install the #4 lockwasher
and #4-40 nut to protruding studs of bracket and se­curely tighten.

5. Locate the black wire in the wire feeder harness from
J1-2 and connect it to the P3 terminal of the board.

6. Connect the yellow wire from P1 of the board to PCB1
connector P1-2 making sure not to dislodge the ex­isting wire.

7. Connect the orange wire from P2 of the board to PCB1
connector P1-3 making sure not to dislodge the ex­isting wire.

8. Replace the feeder cover and reconnect the feeder
to the power source. Follow the instructions supplied
with the Push-Pull torch.
