SUMMARY:
The wiring configuration of the original “A” frame power source current control pot is different than
that of today’s models. A “No Output” condition can occur on the above power sources when
replacing the original control PC board with a more recent revision of the PCB. The replacement
PCB part numbers are:
CC - PN's 38127 (starting at Rev G)
CV - PN's 38129 & 38130 (Starting at Rev H)
OPERATIONAL IMPACT:
None
ACTION:
The latest wiring harness will have PCB plug positions J8-4 and J8-6 empty (no wires installed). If
you have a yellow and blue wire installed in the plug at these points, the following modification is

needed to allow the latest revisions of the control PCB to work correctly. The modification will allow
the use of both the old or new PCB’s.
Cut the wires, one from J8-4 and one from J8-6 and join them together with and insulated splice.
