Connecting the Test Gauge to verify SDP file (see manual 0558004760)
Disconnect appropriate torch connection in gas console. (i.e. plasma 1 connection)
1.
Connect male fitting of gauge hose to plasma 1.
2.
Connect torch to female hose connection of gauge.
3.
Press F4, start gas. Press F4/F6, cut gas, on the CNC panel.

Refer to Process Data for plasma gas being used, in this case "E" nozzle 100 amp. Process data indicates

a pressure of 89.5 psi (6.1 bar). See Torch manual for Process Data.
The gauge should indicate what the SDP file states.
6.
Disconnect hose connections in reverse order and reconnect torch.
7.
All shield and plasma gases to be tested in the same manner.
