3 INTRODUCTION
Feed selector is a switching device for multiple feeder operation with one welding power source for
welding with different wire dimensions and shielding gases.
Feed selector is intended for the digital based chopper power sources, Origo
5002 c/cw, 6502c/cw and the wire feeders: AristoTM Feed 3004 and AristoTM Feed 4804. The
operation of the wire feeders are controlled by the control pendant AristoTM U82. Switching is
performed automatically by the signal from the wire feeder when the torch is activated. The wire
feeder that is not used is automatically disabled for the welding.

Attention:
If only one water-cooled welding gun is used, respective water connection: 6-7 or 10-11 should be
closed by means of the connector 0349308662 to mantain the water circulation.

Depending on applied welding rectifier and anticipated welding currents respective
cross section of the cable providing current to wire feeder should be applied.
