INSTRUCTIONS for Installing

FC-4 POTENTIOMETER ASSEMBLY, P/N 18425
The enclosed assembly is a direct replacement for the potentiometer used in the FC-4 Foot Control P/N 679662; and
it also replaces the potentiometer P/N 673303 used in earlier FC-4 Foot Controls P/N 676154. To install this replacement assembly, use the following sketch and pay particular attention to the placement location of the two brass
washers marked with symbol (K).
NOTE: Apply a small amount of Loctite (supplied) to the back side of the insulator angle in the threaded hole for
the shoulder screw after installing shoulder screw.
