PRODUCT SERIES / MODEL: EPP 201 and EPP360 Power Supplies.
This Service Bulletin is for all EPP201s and EPP360s before the following Serial #’s: ESAB NA Manufactured Units-Serial Number PD-K115009 ESAB Laxa Manufactured Units-Serial Number 015-118-xxxx.
SUMMARY:
The CC-11 will send the Coolant Level and Coolant Flow switch inputs to the EPP Power Source. The EPP at times will not output these signals back to the CNC due to the failure of opto islolators in the EPP’s PCB3.

OPERATIONAL IMPACT
:
Loss of Coolant Flow and/or Coolant Level switch inputs that are monitored by the cutting machine.
ACTION:
1. Power off the EPP 201/360 power supply;
2. Open the panel on the top right front of power supply with the screw driver
3. Remove the wires from J14-1, J14-2, J14-5 and J14-6 on PCB3
4. Connect the grey wire from J3-D (previously on J14-1) and yellow wire from J3-E (previously on J14-5) to J7-1 located on PCB3
5. Connect the blue wire from J3-C (previously on J14-2) to J7-6 on PCB3
6. Connect the brown wire from J3-H (previously on J14-6) to J7-5
7. Install the panel back
