INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS for
D3/D4 Diode Assembly Adaptor Kit
P/N 33506
for PCM-32i/34i Consoles
Prior to Serial No. A90A-10564
3. Mount aluminum heat sink (adaptor). (See Fig. 2.)
Before installing this kit, make sure all primary input power to the power source is disconnected and/
or lock out procedures are in place.
To replace kit, proceed as follows:
1. Remove right side panel.
2. Remove damaged diode along with copper fin and
insulate sheet (refer to Fig. 1.)
NOTE: Diodes are loosely mounted to heat sink plate.
4. After mounting adaptor kit including diodes, hook
5. Reinstall right side panel. (See Fig. 3.)

Mount aluminum plate first. Then install diode
and tighten them with recommended torque of
60 - 70 lb-in.
up each cable to specified terminal as shown in
wiring diagram.
