Als schrumpfausgleichende Unterziehfolie bei der
Herstellung von Gußformteilen.
Materialeigenschaften:
Verbindet sich nicht mit den Gußfolien ERKOLEN und
ERKODUR-C.
Empfehlung: klare UZF für ERKODUR-C und
ERKOLEN-A, rote und braune für ERKOLEN.

Plastifizierung:
(für Geräte ohne Heizzeitsteuerung)
UZF liegt zwischen Modell und Gußfolie. UZF wird
zur Vermeidung von Luftpolstern perforiert (ca. 3 - 5
Perforationen). Beide Folien zusammen plastifizieren. Sobald die Perforationen sich verformen,
pressen.

UZF red and brown, PS: polystyrene
UZF clear
Thermoplasts, insoluble in water, inactive, harmless
to ground water.
Disposal/Recycling:
General recycling for plastic materials.
Field of use:

material card). As shrink-compensating spacer foil
for production of moulded pieces.
Material properties:
Does not bond to ERKOLEN and ERKODUR-C casting
foils.
Recommendation: Clear UZF for ERKODUR-C and
ERKOLEN-A, red and brown for ERKOLEN.

Ne se combine pas avec les feuilles de coulée

cojines de aire (unas 3 a 5 perforaciones). Plastificar
las dos láminas conjuntamente.
Prensar en cuanto las perforaciones se deformen.

UZF läggs mellan modell och folie. UZF ska perforeras (ca 3 - 5 hål) för att undvika luftfickor. Värm
bägge folierna tillsammans. Pressa så snart som
perforeringarna deformeras.
