Hex Nut
Hold nut on one side and tighten opposite nut to 20 ft-lbs [27 N-m]. In absence of a torque wrench, snug nuts and tighten 1/4 turn.

The post must be electrically connected to the grounding system. When using a CADWELD® exothermic
connection to the post, remove the galvanized coating prior to making the connection. After the
connection is made, cover any exposed steel with cold galvanized coating (T372A, T358 or equivalent).
