Prior to making a connection, read and follow the full instruction sheet IPRF, the full instruction
sheet shipped with CADWELD (IPX) and special instructions below.

Clamp bottom of mold to rail using vise grips.1.
Position lug or cable on mold bottom with gap as shown in sketch.2.
Lock top sections of mold together using E-Z change handles.3.
Position mold top on mold bottom. 4.
Lock top and bottom sections together using frame toggles. 5.
Pack all openings between mold and rail, which may leak molten metal with ERICO packing material. 6.
After completion of weld and waiting periods unlatch toggle clamps and vice grips and remove mold 7.
bottom.
Open E-Z change handle clamp on top section of mold and remove mold. 8.

Note: Use only for connections to contact rail. Do not use for connections to running rail or load bearing rail.
