WHY IS FLEXIBAR ADVANCED A SAFER INSULATION?
Low smoke features:
• Generates less corrosive smoke ISO 5659-2
• Improves visibility for people to be able to easily locate the emergency exit and also allows rescue workers to better assess an emergency situation
The halogen–free feature enables:
• Reduction in the quantity of toxic smoke
• Minimum of toxicity with no halogens (
according to IEC 60754-1
• Use in enclosed spaces for specific applications such as submarines, switchboards, and other enclosed environments that require a low emissions solution
The flame retardant portion of the test illustrates the self-extinguish feature:
• Compliant with the UL 94-V0 Glow wire test @ 960°C (
IEC 60695-2) testing standard
• Reduces the risk of the spread of fire
• Less damage to your electrical installation
)
• Conductor is electrolytic tinned copper (Cu-ETP
• Insulation is a high-resistance TEP Low Smoke.
Halogen Free and Flame Retardant (LSHFFR). compound:
