Step 1
Install CADDY® ROD LOCK Strut Nut on to strut
Rotate lock nut
counter clockwise
until reaches the fully
extended position
on both sides

Tighten stem nut to finger tight and then
turn back 1/16 turn (20 degrees)
by hand to allow for free rotation

Tighten lock nut
on both sides

Push CADDY ROD LOCK to engage threaded rods

Step 4-3:
Tighten the stem nut to 100 in-lbs [11.3 N-m]
with 14mm wrench
Step 4-2:
Rotate the hex housing to finely tune the strut height
Clockwise = Adjust assembly down
Counter-clockwise = Adjust assembly up
