FREE FLOAT:

To free oat chair, push the lever forward

and leave it in the forward position.
Push the lever back to lock the chair
in the upright position.

SEAT HEIGHT:

To raise the seat, pull up on the lever
while raising your weight o the chair.
To lower the seat, pull up on the lever
while sitting. Release the lever to lock.

BACK HEIGHT:

To adjust the back height, push the

OVAL paddle back away from the seat

and adjust the backrest up or down to
the desired height. Pull this paddle
towards the seat to lock.
