Notice for Printing on Roll Paper
Before printing, make sure that there is enough roll paper remaining to complete the entire print job.
If the roll paper runs out during a print job, the rest of the print data will be lost.
If the roll paper runs out during a print job, follow the instructions below.
2 Delete all print jobs in the print queue.
3 Load a new roll of roll paper, then click Print to reprint the data.
Before printing, make sure the roll paper is not loose on the spindle.
If the paper is loose, tighten it by twisting the roll to remove any slack.
Note:
Slide the paper edge guide until it is even with the left edge of the paper.
Switching between roll paper and single sheets
To switch from roll paper to single sheet printing, follow these steps:
1 Remove the roll paper and spindle from the Roll Paper Holder. There is no need to remove the Roll
Paper Holder to print on sheet paper.
Note:
The spindle can be left in the Roll Paper Holder when the paper support is attached. However, you must first remove the roll paper from the spindle, then replace the spindle in the holder.
2 Mount the paper support in the slot on the Roll Paper Holder.
3 Load the sheet paper as described in your printer manual.
Note:
If you do not plan to use the roll paper for a while, return the unused roll to its original packaging. Unfavorable storage conditions such as high temperatures, direct sunlight, or humidity can cause the paper to deteriorate.
