Instruction Manual
This easy-to–set e-pill Medication Reminder Interval Timer with Medical Snooze can remind
you to take your medications multiple times per day. You may set the five (5) independent
(parallel) count-down timers for an interval up to 12 hours (720 minutes) each with its own loud
voice alarm. An optional “magnet” is included if you want to mount your timer on your
refrigerator door or any magnetic surface. This e-pill has no pillbox.

Alarm mode
• VOICE ALARM. Playback of a recording in your own voice. You may set a voice alarm
for each timer. Alarm duration is 35 seconds (5 beeps + voice playback for 30 seconds).
• BEEP ALARM. Alarm duration is 35 seconds (continues beeps for 35 seconds)

THIS e-pill Medication Reminder MUST BE RE-SET EVERY DAY
Most patients start their day at the same time every day and should be using a traditional e-pill
Medication Reminder with mutiple alarm times (fixed alarms) per day. This e-pill Medication
Reminder is designed for patients that START their daily medication routine at DIFFERENT
TIMES each day and take their medications on a FIXED INTERVAL (number of hours or
minutes in between each dose).
SETTING your new e-pill 5 Alarm
Voice Interval Timer:
CLOCK – Set the Current Time
If this is the initial setup, please
remove the insulator strip located
under the pill battery cover in the
back.
• Press or hold the H button
to set the correct HOUR.
Please observe the AM /
PM indicator.
• Press or hold the M button
to set the correct
MINUTES.
• Press START/STOP and
the time is set.

Up to Five (5) Alarm Interval (Count-Down) Timers may be set concurrently (“running in
parallel”). When mutiple alarms are set at any given time, the alarm that is closest to completion
will remain on the screen. To check the time remaining, push the desired Timer Button (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5)
and the alarm message will play while the display shows the remaining time for this interval timer.
ALARM - Set VOICE Alarms (up to 5 Alarms)
Select the desired Timer number by pressing the corresponding Button (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5). The
number you have selected will appear on the screen. Follow this procedure for each timer you
want to set.
Maximum recording length for each alarm is 10 seconds. The loud alarm will play for 35 seconds
(five attention beeps then 30 seconds of voice playback).
• Press or hold the H button to set the desired interval in HOUR(S).
• Press or hold the M button to set the desired interval in MINUTES. You do not need to set
the seconds.
• Press AND hold
the RECORD button while you record (Speak”) your alarm message into
the microphone (the microphone is very sensitive and you do not need to speak in a loud
voice). When done release the RECORD button.
• When ready to start the interval timer (“count-down”) press START/STOP.
ALARM - Set BEEP Alarms (up to 5 Alarms)
Select the desired Timer number by pressing the corresponding Button (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5). The
number you have selected will appear on the screen. Follow this procedure for each timer you
want to set.
The loud alarm will sound for 35 seconds.
• Press or hold the H button to set the desired interval in HOUR(S).
• Press or hold the M button to set the desired interval in MINUTES. You do not need to set
the seconds.
• When ready to start the interval timer (“count-down”) press START/STOP.
ALARM - What to do when
the ALARM goes OFF
When a count-down timer reaches zero
(“0”) the loud alarm will sound (TALK or
BEEP) for 35 seconds. First there will be
five (5) loud audible beeps followed by the
prerecorded alarm (if recorded) for 30 seconds. Total alarm duration is 35 seconds.
• Press START/STOP.
• TAKE your MEDICATIONS.
• Press RESET/CLEAR.
MEDICATION TIME How to use your new e-pill Medication Reminder:
MEDICAL SNOOZE:
When the 30 seconds long alarm begins to sound, the timer will remain active and start to COUNTUP up until the START/STOP button has been pressed. While in MEDICAL SNOOZE you will hear
a reminder beep every one (1) minute. Until the START/STOP button has been pressed, user may
check elapsed time since the alarm went off, and hear the recorded alarm at any time by pressing the
corresponding Timer (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) Button.
To clear any active Timer, simply press the Timer Button that you wish to clear (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5) and press
START/STOP.
Push RESET/CLEAR and your e-pill 5 Alarm Voice Interval Timer is ready for another alarm to be
entered.
If medication times are missed, you should follow the directions from your physcian or
pharmacist before taking any medication out of sequence.

TO SET TIME: Insert batteries, press buttons until correct

TO SET ALARM:
• Select Timer by pressing 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
• Press HOUR/MINUTE/SECONDS until desired
interval displays.
• Press and Hold RECORD button to record Alarm.

BATTERY – How to Replace the Batteries
Your e-pill 5 Alarm Voice Interval Timer
uses three (3) replaceable AAA batteries.
Replace batteries when the display fades
while the alarm is going off.
To open the battery compartment, slide off
the back in the direction of the arrow.
Remove the old batteries. Place three (3) new
fresh AAA batteries in the compartment as
indicated by the polarity symbols.
Replace the cover, set and the time again.
Magnet – How to use the optional (included) “Refrigerator Magnet)”
You new e-pill 5 Alarm Voice Interval Timer comes complete with a magnet if you need to mount
your interval timer on the refrigerator door (or any magnetic surface).
To use this mounting feature simply remove the backing on the mounting tape and place the
magnet over the QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE. Press for 30 seconds.
