Ethernet Gateway Set-Up

Please refer to the following pages for detailed instructions on the correct procedures for setting up the Ethernet
gateway.

Please note the following settings should be used:

Module IP The IP address being allocated to the gateway
Default Gat eway IP The default gateway IP address being allocated.

If this is not available (enter zeroes in these fields)

ENV-908-EG (MMTCPBCONV-220) Personalising Instructions

· These instructions are to configure the network settings.

· Make sure that your p.c. is on the same network as the Ethernet gateway. The Ethernet

gateway’s default i.p. address is http://10.1.2.9

configure your p.c. accordingly.

· Once the personalisation is complete you will now have to configure the gateway’s Ethernet set­tings. Type in the gateway’s i.p. address or press Ctrl and click on the hyperlink below.

· Enter the password abc then click submit.

· The settings page will appear. Please configure the settings in the order as shown.
Remember to click on the submit button to save the changes.

For the Ethernet configuration parameters to be saved, the gateway needs to be powered down for a

minimum of 10 seconds.

·

To log onto the gateway, please make sure that your p.c. has been configured to be on the same

network as the new settings of the gateway. An example is shown below.
