di iniziare l ’installazione del prodotto. I materiali dell’imballaggio (plastica, polistirolo, ecc.) non vanno dispersi nell’ambiente
e non devono essere lasciati alla portata dei bambini in quanto potenziali fonti di pericolo. Prima di iniziare l’installazione verificare
l’integrità del prodotto. Per l’eventuale riparazione o sostituzione dei prodotti dovranno essere utilizzati esclusivamente ricambi
originali. Verificare periodicamente il corretto funzionamento dello sblocco manuale.

1. INSTALLAZIONE

L’installazione del kit batterie SPRINTBAT, permette all’automazione di proseguire il suo funzionamento anche in mancanza di
alimentazione di rete.
NOTA: in presenza di rete le batterie vengono mantenute cariche mediante il quadro elettronico.

• Collegare la scheda di controllo del kit batterie SPRINTBAT al quadro elettronico.

• Inserire il gruppo batterie nella sede di alloggiamento e ssarlo con le viti in dotazione come indicato in g. 1.

• Effettuare i collegamenti elettrici come indicato in g. 1.

• Collegare la rete e le batterie all’automazione almeno 30 minuti prima di avviare l’impianto, per permettere la carica delle

batterie.

• Vericare che scollegando l’alimentazione di rete, l’automazione funzioni correttamente mediante le batterie.

3. REGOLAZIONI

DIP1 Selezione modo di funzionamento kit batterie. Modo antipanico.

In assenza di tensione di rete, l’au­tomazione esegue una manovra di
apertura a bassa velocità.
Se la porta è in movimento, la mano­vra di apertura a bassa velocità vie­ne eseguita automaticamente al ri­cevimento del primo comando apre.
Quando la porta è aperta il quadro
elettronico viene disalimentato.

DIP2 Selezione operatività in modo continuità (DIP1 = ON) Sempre operativo.

Il kit batterie mantiene la porta re­golarmente in funzione fino al rag­giungimento del limite di efficienza
delle batterie. A batterie scariche
l’automazione effettua una chiusura
a bassa velocità come ultima mano­vra. Una volta completata la mano­vra le batterie vengono disconnesse
ed il quadro elettronico rimane non
alimentato.

Modo continuità.

In assenza di tensione di rete, il kit
batterie garantisce il funzionamento
in modo continuità (vedi DIP2)

Risparmio di energia.

Se la porta rimane chiusa per più di
2 minuti il kit batterie viene automa­ticamente disconnesso.
Per tornare alla normale operatività
è necessario fornire un comando

impulsivo KEY.

NOTA: per accedere allo scomparto contenente il connettore di alimentazione 230 V ed il fusibile F1 è necessario rimuovere la

scheda di controllo del kit batterie SPRINTBAT.

GENERAL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

This installation manual is intended for professionaly competent personnel only. Read the instructions carefully before

beginning to install the product. Packaging materials (plastics, polystyrene, etc) must not be allowed to litter the environ­ment and must be kept out of the reach of children for whom they may be a source of danger. Before beginning the installation
check that the product is in perfect condition. For repairs or replacements of products only original spare parts must be used.
Periodically check for correct operation of the manual release mechanism.

1. INSTALLATION

Installation of the SPRINTBAT batter y kit allows the automation to continue operating even when the power supply fails.

NOTE: when there is mains power, the batteries are kept charged using the control panel.

• Connect the SPRINTBAT battery kit control board to the control panel.

• Insert the battery kit into the housing and secure it using the supplied screws as shown in g. 1.

• Make the electrical connections, as shown in g. 1.

• Connect the power supply and the batteries to the automation at least 30 minutes before starting up the system in order to

charge the batteries.

• Check that the automation works correctly using the batteries when the power supply is disconnected.

3. ADJUSTMENTS

DIP1 Selecting the battery kit operating mode. Anti-panic mode.

With the mains power supply off, the
automation will carr y out an opening
operation at low speed.
If the door is opening or closing,
the low speed opening operation is
automatically performed when the
first open command is received.
When the door is open, the power
supply is disconnected from the
control panel.

DIP2 Selecting the continuous operating mode (DIP1=ON) Continuous operating.

The battery kit ensures correct fun-

ctioning of the door until maximum

battery efficiency is reached. When
the batteries are flat, the automa­tion will carry out a last closing
operation at low speed. Once the
operation has been completed, the
batteries are disconnected and the
control panel remains de-energi­sed.

Continuous mode.

With the mains power supply off,
the battery kit will guarantee conti­nuous operating (see DIP2).

Energy saving.

If the door remains closed for more
than 2 minutes the battery kit is au­tomatically disconnected.
To return to normal operating, an

impulsed KEY command must be

given.
