Blanket warming chamber:
The design and operational characteristics of the chamber eliminate the need for a heat circulating fan.
The controller has an adjustable temperature range of 37°C to 93°C (98°F to 200°F).
The timer feature allows the user to program the controller to automatically switch on and switch off once during a 24-hour period at selected times. This enables the chamber to be turned off automatically at night to save energy, but turned on again in the early morning to ensure warm blankets are available.
The appliance is equipped with one (1) epoxy-coated blanket support assembly and one (1) center shelf per door opening. The appliance is furnished with one (1) set of 5" (127mm) heavy-duty casters – two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with locking brake.
The appliance is equipped with one (1) epoxy-coated blanket support assembly and one (1) center shelf per chamber. The appliance is furnished with one (1) set of 5" (127mm) heavy-duty casters – two (2) rigid and two (2) swivel with locking brake.
This blanket warmer is designed to elevate blanket temperatures to a level which will increase patient comfort.
The appliance is constructed with stainless steel exterior casing and door with handle and hinges designed to withstand heavy usage. A door with window allows observation of inventory with the door closed. The appliance is warmed using a low-heat-density electrothermal cable array. The electrothermal cable is positioned in the  oor and two sides of the warming appliance, providing even heating of the interior chamber.
The temperature of each chamber is regulated by an electronic controller consisting of an LED display, ON/OFF button, increase and decrease buttons, integrated controller lock-out feature, timer, and a series of prompt sequence indicators. The design and operational characteristics of the appliance eliminate the need for a heat circulating fan.
The controller can be set to operate in Fahrenheit or Celsius. A er a power failure, the appliance remembers its programming and begins to operate as before. The on/off indicator  ashes to indicate that a failure occurred; pressing the ON/OFF button once eliminates the  ashing. A thermal shut-off system, separate from the controller, is included as an additional safety feature.
The controller displays the temperature in whole degrees.
To prevent serious personal injury, death, or property damage:
Do not steam clean, hose down or flood the interior or exterior with water or liquid solution of any kind. Do not use water jet toclean. Failure to observe this precaution will void the warranty.
To prevent serious personal injury, death, or property damage:
Do not use this warming appliance in the presence of flammable anesthetic mixtures (with air or with oxygen or nitrous oxide).
NOTICE: Due to the energy e icient design of the
appliance and tight seal around the door, water vapor from moist or damp blankets placed in the appliance may cause condensation to collect on interior surfaces. To avoid this accumulation, use dry blankets or towels.
A temporary odor may be noticeable upon initial start-up of the appliance. Contact manufacturer if the odor persists a er a day or more of continuous use.
