Attaching and removing accessories
1. To att ach an a cces sor y, remove the acces sor y
cover by unsc rewin g the locki ng screw ant i­cloc kwi se (leave the c over attache d or sto re in a safe pl ace).
2. Pl ug the a cces sor y into th e socket, then
carefu lly tighten the locking screw cloc kwise
implem ent).
3. To remove an acce ssor y, unsc rew the lock ing
scre w of the acc esso ry by han d in an anti ­cloc kwi se direc tion.

BATTERY INFORMATION
Battery charging
1. C onnec t the AC adapter to the charge r pod a nd plu g in.
2. Turn the ra dio of f.
3. In ser t the batter y pack into the charger pod eithe r with or without the
radi o atta ched. The charge r LED st atus li ght ch ange s to red a nd chargin g begins.
4. W hen charging is comp lete, the charger status LED chan ges from red
to green (a fu lly disc harged ba tter y p ack will ta ke ap proxi mately 6 hour s to rec harge).
CAUT IO N
BATTERY PACK PRECAUTIONS
Do not r echarge the b atte ry pack i f it is alre ady fully charged. Doing so
may re duce t he lif e of the batte ry pack.
Af ter char ging is c omplete , remove t he bat ter y from the charge r.
Ple ase ensur e th at the radio is t urne d of f b efore placing it in t he c harger
and ne ver swi tch a r adio o n whil st in th e charger.
Onl y use En tel br anded battery packs an d charger s.
Do n ot charge the radi o and /or bat ter y pack if they are wet.
