BULKHEAD MOUNTING
For your co nvenienc e the CSA HT rapid
charge r can be seat ed on its bas e,
or bulkhead mounted.
A bulkhea d screw and spac er kit is availab le
separately (Part Number ASPACKCAHV3).

• When cha rging is c omplete th e CSAHT
automatically switches to standby.
• This charge r has been desig ned to sit on a fl at
surfac e or be wall / bulkhe ad mounted f or your
convenience.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Conne ct the Ente l adapter (CWC s eries) to th e
CSAHT c harger po d.
2. Plug the A C power main p lug of the adapter into
the wall ou tlet.
3. If att ached to th e batter y, ensure the r adio is
switched off.
4. Inser t the bat tery pac k into the ch arging p od,
either wi th or with out the rad io attac hed. The
charge r pod’s LED ill uminates r ed to indic ate
that the battery is charging.
5. When ch arging is c omplet e the LED wil l
illuminate green.
NOTE
If th e LED on you r CSAHT fl ashes a mber/red th is
ind ica tes th at there is a fault with the bat tery pa ck.
Switch of f at the ma ins socket a nd unplug , then
remove the b atter y from the c harger a nd contac t
your Entel Dealer.

PRECAUTI ONS
• The CSA HT charge r is desig ned exclus ively for
use with Ent el lithium- ion bat tery packs. Do no t
use it to cha rge any othe r type of ba ttery p ack.
• Do not use C SAHT wit h any other adapter oth er
than CWC series.
• The Entel ad apter is des igned fo r use with an
AC power supp ly voltag e betwee n 100V and
240V. Do not con nect it to a po wer sourc e
outside this range.
• Never char ge the tra nsceive r whilst it i s
switched on.
• Unplug th e adapter f rom the mai ns when it is
not in use.
• Do not dism antle the C SAHT or t he CWC
adapter.
• Never insert any metal or other conductive
objects into the charger.
• Do not touch the charger terminals.
• Never shor t the cha rge cont acts wit h metal or
any other conductive object.
• The CSA HT must only b e stored /u sed in a well
ventilate d, dry ar ea.
NOTE
In the even t that your CSAH T or CWC adapte r gets
wet, do n ot conn ect to th e mains or s witch o n.
