surface or be wall/ b ulkhead mounted for your
convenience.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Conn ect the Entel adapter (CWC ser ies) to the

CCAHT charger pod.

2. Plug th e AC power main pl ug of the adapte r into

the wall outlet.

3. If att ached to the b attery, ensu re the radio is

switched off.

4. Inser t the batte ry pack into t he chargin g pod,

either w ith or witho ut the radio at tached. The
charge r pod’s LED illuminates red to i ndicate
that the battery is charging.

5. When c harging is c omplete the L ED will

illuminate green.

PRECAUTI ONS

• The CCAHT charger is designed exclusively for
use with Entel lithium - ion batter y packs. Do not
use it to ch arge any other t ype of battery pack.

• Do not use C CAHT with any o ther adapter o ther
than CWC series.

• The Entel a dapter is desi gned for use w ith an
AC power sup ply voltage b etween 100V and
240V. Do not co nnect it to a power source
outside this range.

• Never cha rge the tran sceiver whi lst it is
switched on.

• Unplug t he adapter fr om the mains wh en it is
not in use.

• Do not dis mantle the CC AHT or the CWC
adapter.

• Never insert any metal or other conductive
objects into the charger.

• Do not touch the charger terminals.

• Never sho rt the char ge contac ts with metal o r
any other conductive object.

• The CCA HT must only be stored /used in a well
ventilated, dry area.

NOTE

In the eve nt that your CCAH T or CWC adapte r gets
wet, d o not conne ct to the mai ns or switc h on.
Consult your dealer immediately.

For your co nvenience t he CCAHT charger can
be seated on its base, or bulkhead mounted.

A bulkhe ad screw and sp acer kit is avai lable
separately (Part Number ASPACKCAHV3).
