performance or damage to your device.

-Check device voltage for compatibility with this product.

-Do not attempt to disassemble product.

-Do not throw or shake the power pack.

-Do not operate the power pack if it has been subjected to shock or damage.

-Recharge the power pack every 3 months when not in use. Use soft cloth to
clean the exterior. Do not use harsh chemicals or strong cleaning solvents.

Charging XP18000

Charging XP18000

Important: Always Charge your XP18000 the FIRST time for a
full 8 hours before regular use. After the initial charge, normal charging
will only take 3-4 hours.

1.When All 4 LED Light remains on, your XP18000 Power is fully charged.

2.Insert the tip end of the AC adapter into the Input Port.

3.Plug the AC Adapter into a wall socket.

Charging XP18000

Important : Toujours Charger le produi t XP18000 Power pendant 8 heures la

Important: Check for voltage compatibility with your device first.

1. Select correct cable to charge electronic device
(5V USB charging cable, 9-12V green cable, 16-20V blue cable)

2. Insert correct charging cable into the right por of XP18000.

3. Then choose the suitable tips for your digital device or plug the cable
directly into device if it fits.

4. Then insert the end of charging cable with the proper tip into the charging
port of your digital device.

your DELL laptop computer:
“The AC power adapter type cannot be determined. Your system will operate
slower and the battery will not charge. Please connect a Dell 90W AC Adapter
or higher for best system operation.”
The XP18000 will NOT damage your laptop. It will power your laptop,
but may not charge the internal battery in your laptop without the right tip. For
more details or to find the right Dell tip to charge your laptop battery pls go to

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

XPAL Power’s warranty obligations for XPAL products are limited to the terms
set forth below: XPAL Power, Inc. (“XP”) warrants XPAL product against
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of
original purchase (“Warranty Period”). All products must be registered online
within 90 days from the date of purchase to qualify for the 3 year warranty. If a
defect arises and a valid claim is received by XP within the Warranty Period, at
its option, XP will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished
replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which
has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least
functionally equivalent to the original product, or (3) refund the purchase price
of the product. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by XP after the
Warranty Period, a shipping and handling charge will apply to any repair or
exchange of the product undertaken by XP. When a product or part is
exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced
item becomes XP’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes
XP’s property.

XP warrants the internal battery cell of the power pack for 6 months periods. If
the battery cell exceeds 6 months, the battery cell will not be warranted and the
customer will be responsible for shipping and battery re-cycling charges. XP is
not liable for any damage or your portable device or loss of any programs, data,
or other information stored on any media contained within your device or any
non-XP product or part not covered by this warranty. Recovery or reinstallation
of programs, data or other information is not covered under this Limited
Warranty. This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by accident,
abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-XP products; (b) to damage caused by
service performed by anyone other than XP; (c) to a product or a part that has
been modified without the written permission of XP; or (d) if any XP serial
number has been removed or defaced.

Garanzia limitata XPAL 3 anni

Gli obblighi ai sensi della garanzia prestata da XPAL Power per i prodotti XPAL sono
limitati alle condizioni esposte di seguito: Per un periodo di 3 anni dalla data di acquisto
originale ("Periodo di garanzia"), XPAL Power, Inc. (di seguito denominata “XP”)
garantisce che il prodotto XPAL è privo di difetti di materiali e fabbricazione. Per
usufruire della garanzia triennale, tutti i prodotti devono essere registrati online entro
90 giorni dalla data di acquisto. Nel caso che si riscontrino difetti e venga presentato
un reclamo valido a XP entro il Periodo di garanzia, XP potrà, a propria discrezione,
(1) riparare il prodotto gratuitamente utilizzando parti di ricambio nuove o riadattate,
(2) sostituire il prodotto con uno nuovo o che sia stato realizzato con parti nuove o
usate in condizioni funzionali e le cui funzionalità siano almeno equivalenti a quelle
del prodotto originale oppure (3) rimborsare l'importo pagato per l'acquisto del prodotto.
Nel caso si riscontri un difetto e venga presentato un reclamo valido a XP dopo il
Periodo di garanzia, verrà applicata una tariffa per i servizi resi da XP per la spedizione,
movimentazione nonché riparazione o sostituzione del prodotto. Quando un prodotto o
un pezzo di ricambio viene sostituito, il pezzo fornito in sostituzione di quello esistente
diventa di proprietà del cliente, mentre il pezzo esistente sostituito diventa di proprietà
di XP. In caso di rimborso, il prodotto diventa di proprietà di XP.

ESCLUSIONI E LIMITAZIONI

XP garantisce gli elementi interni della batteria per un periodo di 6 mesi. Nel caso in
seguito a verifica risulti che l'elemento della batteria abbia superato 6 mesi, tale
elemento non sarà coperto dalla garanzia e il cliente sarà responsabile per le spese
di spedizione e il riciclaggio della batteria usata. XP non può essere ritenuta responsabile
per danni al dispositivo portatile o perdita di programmi, dati o altre informazioni
memorizzate su qualsiasi supporto contenuto nel dispositivo o in qualsiasi altro
prodotto non XP o parte, non coperti dalla presente garanzia. Le operazioni di
reinstallazione e recupero di programmi, dati o altre informazioni non sono coperte
dalla presente garanzia limitata. Questa garanzia non si applica nei seguenti casi:
(a) danni dovuti a incidenti, abuso, cattivo uso, uso non previsto o prodotti non XP;
(b) danni causati da assistenza non eseguita dal personale XP; (c) modifiche apportate
al prodotto o a pezzi senza il previo consenso scritto di XP; oppure (d) in caso di
rimozione o cancellazione dei numeri di serie XP.

DECLINA SPECIFICATAMENTE OGNI EVENTUALE GARANZIA IMPLICITA,
IVI COMPRESE, A TITOLO ESEMPLIFICATIVO E NON ESAUSTIVO,
GARANZIE DI COMMERCIABILITÀ E ADEGUATEZZA A UNO SCOPO
SPECIFICO. NEL CASO IN CUI, AI SENSI DELLA LEGGE APPLICABILE,
XP NON POSSA DECLINARE LE GARANZIE IMPLICITE, NELLA MISURA
CONSENTITA DALLA LEGGE TALI GARANZIE IMPLICITE SCADRANNO AL
TERMINE DEL PERIODO DI GARANZIA. I rivenditori, gli agenti o i dipendenti di
XP non sono autorizzati ad apportare modifiche, estensioni o aggiunte alla
presente garanzia.
NELLA MASSIMA MISURA CONSENTITA DALLA LEGGE, XP NON POTRÀ
ESSERE RITENUTA RESPONSABILE PER DANNI DIRETTI, SPECIALI,
INCIDENTALI, O CONSEQUENZIALI RISULTANTI DA UN'EVENTUALE
VIOLAZIONE DELLA GARANZIA O DI UNA CONDIZIONE, O AI SENSI DI
EVENTUALI ALTRE RAGIONI DI TEORIA DEL DIRITTO, IVI COMPRESI, A
TITOLO ESEMPLIFICATIVO MA NON LIMITATIVO, PERDITE DI PROFITTI,
FERMI DI PRODUZIONE, PERDITA DELL'AVVIAMENTO, DANNI O
RIPROGRAMMAZIONE O NUOVA PRODUZIONE, PERDITA DI EVENTUALI
PROGRAMMI O DATI MEMORIZZATI IN O UTILIZZATI CON I PRODOTTI XP.

Garantia XPAL

Garantia Limitada de 3 Anos XPAL

As obrigações da garantia XPAL Power para produtos XPAL estão limitadas aos
termos estabelecidos abaixo: XPAL Power, Inc. (“XP”) garante o produto XPAL
contra defeitos em materiais e mão-de-obra por um período de 3 anos a partir da
data de compra original (“Período de Garantia”). Todos os produtos devem ser
registrados online dentro de 90 dias a partir da data de compra para qualificar para
a garantia de 3 anos. Se um defeito aparecer e um reclamação válido for recebida

aparecer e uma reclamação válida for recebida por XP depois do Período de
Garantia, uma taxa de embarque e manuseamento será aplicada a qualquer
reparo ou troca do produto admitido por XP. Quando um produto ou peça for

rocada, qualquer item de substituição se torna sua propriedade e o item trocado
se torna propriedade de XP. Quando um reembolso for dado, seu produto se torna
propriedade de XP.

EXCLUSÕES E LIMITAÇÕES

XP garante que a célula da bateria interna no pacote de bateria durará por um
período de 6 meses. Se a célula da bateria exceder 6 meses, ela não estará
na garantia e o cliente será responsável pelo embarque e cargas de reciclagem
da bateria. XP não se responsabiliza por qualquer dano ou pelo seu dispositivo
portátil ou pela perda de qualquer programa, dado, ou outra informação
armazenada em qualquer media contida dentro do seu dispositivo ou qualquer
produto não-XP ou peça não coberta sob esta Garantia Limitada. Esta garantia
não se aplica: (a) a dano causado por acidente, abuso, mal-uso, erro de aplicação,
ou produtos não-XP; (b) a dano causado por reparo executado por outros que
não seja XP; (c) a um produto ou a uma peça que tenha sido modificada sem a
permissão por escrito de XP; ou (d) se algum número serial de XP houver sido
removido ou apagado.

PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR. SE XP NÃO PUDER DECLINAR LEGALMENTE
OU EXCLUIR GARANTIAS IMPLÍCITAS SOB A LEI APLICÁVEL, ENTÃO NA
MEDIDA DO POSSÍVEL QUAISQUER RECLAMAÇÕES SOB TAIS GARANTIAS
IMPLÍCITAS SERÃO TERMINADAS NO PRAZO DE VALIDADE DO PERÍODO
DE GARANTIA. Nenhum revendedor, representante, ou funcionário XP está

XPAL Garantie

XPAL 3 Jahre beschränkte Garantie

Die Garantieverpflichtungen von XPAL Power für XPAL Produkte beschränken sich
auf die unten stehenden Bedingungen: XPAL Power, Inc. ("XP") bietet eine dreijährige
Garantie auf XPAL Produkte gegen Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler ab dem
Originalkaufdatum ("Garantiezeit"). Alle Produkte müssen innerhalb von 90 Tagen
ab Kaufdatum online registriert werden, um für die dreijährige Garantie berücksichtigt
zu werden. Falls ein Defekt auftritt und XP einen gültigen Anspruch innerhalb der
Garantiezeit erhält, wird XP nach eigenem Ermessen (1) das Produkt kostenlos mit
neuen oder instand gesetzten Ersatzteilen reparieren, (2) das Produkt durch ein
neues Produkt oder ein Produkt, welches mit neuen oder instand gesetzten Ersatzteilen
hergestellt wurde und mindestens die gleichen Funktionen wie das Originalprodukt bietet,
ersetzen oder (3) den Kaufpreis des Produkt zurückerstatten. Falls ein Defekt auftritt
und XP einen gültigen Anspruch nach der Garantiezeit erhält, wird eine Versand- und
Bearbeitungsgebühr auf jede von XP ausgeführte Reparatur oder Austausch erhoben.
Wenn ein Produkt oder ein Teil davon ausgetauscht wird, gehen die Ersatzteile in Ihr
Eigentum und das ersetzte Teil in das Eigentum von XP über. Wenn eine Zurückerstattung
erfolgt, geht Ihr Produkt in das Eigentum von XP über.

AUSSCHLÜSSE UND BESCHRÄNKUNGEN

XP gewährt eine sechsmonatige Garantie auf die Batteriezelle des Akkus. Nach Ablauf
der sechsmonatigen Garantiefrist wird keine Garantie für die Batteriezelle übernommen
und der Kunde für die Kosten für Versand und Batterierecycling verantwortlich gemacht.
XP haftet nicht für sämtliche Schäden oder für Ihr tragbares Gerät oder Verlust von
Programmen, Daten oder anderer Informationen, die auf Medien innerhalb Ihres
Geräts gespeichert sind oder anderen nicht XP Produkten oder Teilen, die nicht von
dieser Garantie abgedeckt werden. Wiederherstellung oder Reinstallation von
Programmen, Daten oder anderen Informationen wird von dieser Beschränkten
Garantie nicht abgedeckt. Diese Garantie gilt nicht: (a) für Schäden durch Unfall,
Missbrauch, falsche Anwendung, oder nicht XP Produkte; (b) für Schäden durch
Arbeiten, die nicht von XP ausgeführt wurden; (c) für ein Produkt oder ein Teil, das
ohne schriftliche Zustimmung von XP verändert wurde; oder (d) falls eine XP
Seriennummer entfernt oder verdeckt wurde.

UND GARANTIEN DER ALLGEMEINEN GEBRAUCHSTAUGLICHKEIT. FALLS
XP IMPLIZIERTE GARANTIEN IM RAHMEN DER ANWENDBAREN GESETZGEBUNG
NICHT GESETZLICH AUSSCHLIEßEN KANN, WERDEN, SOWEIT ZULÄSSIG,
ANSPRÜCHE IM RAHMEN DIESER IMPLIZIERTEN GARANTIEN MIT ABLAUF
DER GARANTIEZEIT ERLÖSCHEN. Kein XP Händler, Vertreter oder Angestellter
ist berechtigt diese Garantie zu ändern, zu verlängern oder zu ergänzen.
SOWEIT GESETZLICH ZULÄSSIG IST XP NICHT VERANTWORTLICH FÜR
DIREKTE, SPEZIELLE, BEABSICHTIGTE ODER NACHFOLGENDE SCHÄDEN,
