Enclosed you will find everything needed for the assembly and use of your quilt rack. Two people make assembly and installation
easier. The parts and hardware included are:
Hardware included:
4 – 5/16” x 3/4” Button Head Screws
2 – 5/16” x 1” Button Head Screws
6 – 5/16” Acorn Nuts
1 – 3/16” Allen Wrench
Components included:
2 – Upright Legs
2 – Straight Supports
1 – Curved Support
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Rack Assembly
1) Lay the upright legs on the floor. Insert the curved support between the scroll section of the upright legs. Secure with a 1”
buttonhead screw by inserting the screw through the hole on the scroll section of the upright leg and curved support and into the
threaded hole on the other side of the upright leg.
2) Repeat for the other upright leg. Snug the 1” buttonhead screws, but do not tighten all the way..
3) Lift the rack into the upright position.
4) Align the straight support bar over the threaded hole in the scroll of the upright leg. Secure using the ½” buttonhead screw by
inserting the screw through the hole in the straight support bar and into the threaded hole in the scroll of the upright leg. Repeat
the process for the other side of the straight support bar.
5) Repeat step 4 for the other straight bar.
6) Square up your quilt rack and tighten all buttonhead screws with the hex key provided.
7) Your quilt racks is now fully assembled and ready to display your favorite quilt or blanket.
WARNING: It is important that your quilt rack is assembled correctly. If the unit is assembled or used incorrectly, it could become unstable and
collapse, possibly causing injury.
LIMITED WARRANTY: This product is warranted to be free of material defects, other than that from normal use, for a period of five years from the
date of purchase. Customer's exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product and shall be subject to the following
conditions: (1) notice of any defect is received by Enclume within the warranty period and (2) customer returns the defective product to Enclume
Design Products, 24 Colwell St., Port Hadlock, WA 98339, postage prepaid within 20 days following a return authorization number (which may be
obtained by telephoning the number at the top of this instructions) being provided to the customer by Enclume. There are no other warranties,
expressed or implied. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ENCLUME SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ENCLUME'S PRODUCTS.
