STEP 2: INSERTING THE PICKETS AND BOARDS
STEP 2.1
b Identify (1) Top Rail (G) and (1) Bottom Rail (H) as shown
below. Set the rails aside for now.

STEP 2.2
1. Take (1) Post (C) and arrange it so the routed holes face towards (1)
Middle Post (D).
2. Insert a total of (12) Horizontal Pickets (B) and (5) Horizontal Boards
(A) into the holes in the post and the middle post.

STEP 3: INSTALLING THE RAILS
STEP 3.1
1
Preview
1. Take a post and insert the routed
holes over the boards and pickets.
2. Slide (1) Top Rail (G) over the posts
until the pre-drilled holes align.
3. Drive (2) ¾" Steel Screws (I) into
the
pre-drilled holes.
It is recommended to lay the panel at
with the rst post positioned against a
wall to prevent it from moving.

STEP 3.2
1. Slide (1) Bottom Rail (H) up over the posts until the pre-
drilled holes align with the top holes of the post bottom as
shown below.
2. Keeping the holes aligned, take (1) Post Anchor - Right (F)
and (1) Post Anchor - Left (E) and slide them until the predrilled holes align with the lowest holes on the posts.
3. Drive (4) ¾" steel screws into the aligned pre-drilled holes.

STEP 4: ASSEMBLING THE SECOND PANEL
STEP 4.1
b Repeat Steps 2-4
to assemble the
second panel.
STEP 5: INSTALLING PANELS IN THE GROUND
STEP 5.1
1. Move the screen to its nal location and mark where the posts meet the
ground.
2. Attempt to push the screen into the ground.

STEP 5.2
1. Loosen the top 6" of the ground with a claw
hammer.
2. Add water to loosened soil.
3. Use a block of wood to protect the post and
gently hammer each post into the ground.

STEP 5.3
1. If your ground is very hard, dig a hole 8" in diameter and 10" deep, large
enough to accommodate one post from each panel.
2. Level the screen, backll excavated dirt, and tamp as needed.

STEP 5.4
Optional in hard ground: If your ground is too hard, or you have more than 3 or 4
panels to install, please consider these options:
1. Use a 1¾” diameter auger bit (commonly used for planng tulips) as illustrated
($15-$20 on Amazon.com).
2. Drill a hole about 12” to 16” deep at the desired locaon, and ll the holes
with water as illustrated.
3. Push the panel posts into the holes.
