This innovative wall-mounted light introduces individuals to an important element in their environment - traffic. The red, yellow or green light turns on, music plays, and the device vibrates when you touch each lens. It also provides a tactile and auditory experience and teaches color recognition. 1. The battery holder is located under the blue cover at the bottom of the unit. Remove this cover by turning the screws counterclockwise with a screwdriver. Next remove the small Phillip’s screw from the battery compartment and slide cover off. Observing polarity, install two C batteries into the battery compartment. Alkaline batteries are required (Duracell or Energizer brands etc.). Do not use rechargeable or heavy duty batteries because they supply lower voltage and the unit may not perform as well.
2. Set the ON/OFF slide switch located on the back battery compartment to ON. Replace both the battery case cover and blue cover. Snug down the screws, but do not over tighten.
