USER’S GUIDE
Page 2
Open the clear dome and place in up to 5 dice. Push the outer rim or add your capability switch to activate the dice for any dice game you wish to play. They will shake, rattle and roll! Comes with a white set of dice and a black set. Size: 6"L x 6"W x 3.75"H. Requires 2 AA Batteries.
Operation:
1. The High Roller requires two AA batteries. Use alkaline batteries only (e.g. Duracell or Energizer brand). Do not use rechargeable batteries or any other type of batteries because they supply lower voltage and the unit will not perform properly. Never mix old and new batteries together or different brands or types of batteries together.
2. Gently turn the unit over to reveal the black battery compartment. Carefully remove the small screw from the battery compartment cover using a Phillips head screwdriver, and slide the cover off. Observing proper (+) & (-) battery polarity, install two AA size batteries into the holder. Replace the battery compartment cover and screw.
3. To place your dice in the High Roller, open the clear dome by lifting up on the Velcro tab. Place up to 5 dice into the tray then close and secure the dome with the Velcro tab. Now your ready to play your favorite dice game.
4. The High Roller can be activated two ways. First pressing down on the clear dome or outer rim. You can also activate the High Roller through the use of a capability switch (not included). Plug your switch into the 1/8" jack located on the side of High Roller. Make sure there are no gaps in the connection. Activating your switch or pressing on the clear dome/outer rim of the High Roller will make the dice shake. Once you release your switch or stop pressing down on the clear dome/outer rim, the High Roller will stop shaking the dice.
Please Note: The High Roller has no ON/OFF switch. When not in use or storing the device, make sure that pressure is not applied to the dome or outer rim. Doing so will cause the High Roller to run non stop and drain the batteries. We recommend removing the batteries when storing for long periods of time to prevent this.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: The High Roller does not shake the dice.
Action #1: Rotate (spin) the batteries within the battery compartment to
ensure a good connection. Check that all batteries are installed properly.
Action #2: Check all batteries for freshness, if weak or dead replace with new batteries. Use an alkaline battery (E.G. Duracell or Energizer
brand).
Action#3: Make sure the High Roller is on a flat smooth and level surface. Any obstructions under the base will prevent you from activating the High Roller.
Action#4: Make sure that you have a tight connection between the external switch and the High Roller. There should be no gaps.
Action#5: Try your external capability switch with another toy/device to rule out the switch as the source of the problem.
Care of the Unit:
The High Roller can be wiped clean with any mild household multipurpose, non-abrasive cleaner and disinfectant. We recommend Simple Green, which is a non toxic biodegradable all-purpose cleaner.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface of the unit.
Do not submerge the unit, as it will damage the electrical components.
