Personal entertainment center!
Enjoy movies and music anywhere, anytime! We’ve adapted two functions on
this portable DVD player so the user can select pause and play to control
DVDs and CDs. Features widescreen color LCD display, integrated stereo
speakers, headphone jacks, multiple language, subtitles and parental lock
controls. 2.3 hours of playtime. Rechargeable. Can be used with or without a
capability switch. Mounting Arm size: expands from 14½"L to 24"L. DVD
size: 8"L x 6"W x 1¼"H.
1. Mounting Arm Assembly: Your mounting system consists of three main
parts, an adjustable arm, DVD Mounting Tray and a clamp. First you will
need to assemble the 3 main parts. To attach the clamp to the arm, loosen
the set screw on the clamp (see Fig. 1). Next depress the Silver Spring
loaded locking pin, then push one of the ends of the mounting arm into the
clamp(see Fig. 2) Please Note: you need to line up the flat part of the
Mounting Arm end post with the set screw in the clamp. This will prevent
the arm from spinning freely inside the clamp. Once this is done you can
tighten the setscrew to lock the Mounting arm to the clamp.
Fig. 1
2. Clamping Options: Our mounting clamp is designed for mounting to
tubular (wheelchair, bedrail, walker, etc.) or flat surfaces such as a table
top or desk. For flat surface mounting use the included wedge insert shoe
stored in front of the locking knob on the clamp (see Fig.2) Loosen locking
knob slightly to remove wedge, tighten knob once wedge has been
removed.

3. At this point we recommend you place your mounting arm without the
DVD Mounting Tray and do a rough setup, you can fine tune your
adjustments after you have placed the DVD Mounting Tray on the arm.
Do not force or try adjusting the arm without first loosening the set knobs
for that portion of the arm. Each section of the arm has a set knob. Once
you have the arm in the desired position you can tighten the knobs to lock
the arm in place.
4. Once the arm is in position you can now place your DVD Mounting Tray
on the arm. First back off the set knob on the DVD Mounting Tray until it
is flush with the inside of the opening. This is necessary to allow the
holder to be pushed all the way down on the mounting arm post. The post
at the end of the arm also has a flat spot, which needs to be lined up with
the set screw on the DVD Mounting Tray’s base. Once this is done you
can tighten the set knob to lock the Mountable Tray to the arm. Please
Note: Make sure to back the set screw enough to allow the DVD Mounting
Tray to be pushed all the way down on the post of the arm, failure to do so
will cause the DVD Mounting Tray to fall off the mounting arm and a fall
could cause damage to your DVD Player and Mounting Tray. (See Fig. 3
& 4).

5. The DVD player is powered by a rechargeable battery pack. Before use
please follow the original manufactures instructions for charging and
setup. Also follow these instructions for the DVD player’s functions and
features.
6. You will need to secure your DVD player to the Mounting Tray by lining
up the Velcro strips on the bottom of the DVD player with the ones inside
the Mounting Tray. Press down firmly to lock the Velcro in place. Check
to make sure the DVD player is now held securely by the Velcro, if not
push down to lock in place. See Fig. 4 & 5.

7. There is a small cord coming out of the side of the DVD player with a 1/8"
jack for use with external capability switches with a 1/8"plug. Make sure
to plug your switch all the way in. There should be no gaps. Once you
have your switch plugged in you will be able to hit your switch once to
start the DVD or CD Playing. A second hit will Pause the DVD or CD. A
third hit will resume Play. We have not adapted any other functions or
features of the DVD player, only the Play/Pause function.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: DVD player does not work.
Action #1: Make sure the DVD player is charged or plugged into a working
electrical wall outlet.
Action #2: Make sure that the connection between the external capability
switch and the jack is pushed in all the way. There should be NO gaps.
Action #3: Try your switch with another switch operated toy/device in an
effort to rule out your switch as the source of the problems.
Care of the Unit:
Follow the original manufactures care and cleaning instructions for your DVD
player.
Do not use abrasive cleaners, as they will scratch the surface of the unit.
Do not submerge the unit, as it will damage the electrical components.
