Long Loaf Bread Moulder
The Obliq Dough Moulder is perfect for the production of baguettes, buns, rolls and long-loaves from 1.75 to 70.5
ounces with a maximum length of 25.6 inches. It’s ideal for a wide range of production in small and medium sized
bakeries. Four non-stick sheeting rollers make it suitable for most dough, especially those with medium to high
percentages of water. These large diameter rollers can be fully adjusted to accurately sheet your product with high
precision, applying less stress to the dough and allowing you to obtaining a perfect
moulded piece. In addition, the nely tuned adjustment handles allows for precision
height control of both the front and rear of the moulding plate independently.
The Obliq Dough Moulder, pictured below with the universal moulding
plate, is equipped with side guides to nish the dough
ends and guarantee the uniformity of each loaf.
