SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
General Information
1. Read these instructions carefully and keep them in a safe
place.
2. There is a potential risk of injuries from misuse.
3. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left
unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
4. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
5. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and if they understand the hazards involved.
6. Children shall not play with the appliance.
7. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
8. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before
changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
9. Care should be taken when handling the sharp cutting
blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
10. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as: Staff kitchen areas in shop,
offices and other working environment; Farmhouses; By
clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments; Bed and breakfast type environments.
11. Only use the appliance as described in this manual.
12. In case of damage caused by failure of not living up to this
manual the warranty will decay immediately. The
manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages
caused by failure to not living up the manual, a negligent
use or use not in accordance with the requirements of this
manual.

13. Always remove the power cord and let it cool: Before
moving the unit; Before the unit is stored; Before you go
mounting or dismantle parts; Before cleaning or
maintenance work; After use.
14. Only have the appliance repaired by a qualified service
centre.
Electricity and heat
1. Before use, check that the mains power supply voltage is
the same as the voltage indicated on the appliance.
2. Always plug the appliance into an earthed plug socket.
3. Regularly check the power cord for damage.
4. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug
or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or
damaged in any manner. Return appliance to manufacturer
or the nearest authorized service agent for examination,
repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
5. To remove the plug from the plug socket, pull the plug. Do
not pull the power cord.
6. Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with
hot surfaces.
7. Always remove the plug from the plug socket before you
move the appliance.
8. The machine should not be operated by means of an
external timer-switch or by means of a separate system
with remote control.
9. To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate another high
voltage appliance on the same circuit.
10. To protect against electric shock do not immerse cord, plugs,
or housing in water or other liquid.
11. Do not touch the appliance if it falls into water. Remove the
plug from its socket, turn off the appliance and do not use
it again.
12. Do not use the appliance close to hot objects such as a stove
or oven.

Using the appliance
1. The use of accessory attachment not recommended by the
appliance manufacturer may cause injuries.
2. Only use the appliance indoors, in dry areas away from
water.
3. Do not immerse the appliance or the mains plug in water or
other liquids. There is a danger to life due to electric shock!
4. To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not use the appliance
outdoors or on wet surfaces.
5. Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used
by or near children.
6. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
7. Shut down the product before changing accessories or
approaching the parts which are moving during operation.
8. Do not allow children to use the blender without
supervision.
9. This appliance is intended for household use only.
10. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which
come in contact with food, please refer to the paragraph
“cleaning and maintenance” of the manual.
11. Regarding the instructions for the speed setting and the use
of accessories, please refer to the below paragraph of the
manual.
12. Warning: never place blade assembly on base unless
assembled to container.
13. Caution: Do not operate without the cover in place.

SAFETY NOTE
Please use 10AMP or above

Please do not let the old,
children and disabled
people operate this
machine.
Please do not put the
machine on soft surface such
as carpeting and table cloth
during operation.
When placing food into the
jug, do not overfill the max
level line (marked on the
jug). Make sure the lid is
tightly closed.
Before you start the machine,
make sure the jug is firmly fit
on the body. Do not open the
lid during operation.
When you need to use the
stir rod, please only open
the top cap instead of the
whole lid.
Please do not spill liquid such
as water on the bottom of
the jug. Otherwise, it will
cause rust and shorten the
life of the machine.

Please keep a distance of 20
cm between the appliance
and the people during
operation. Please also clear
the table and keep a 20 cm
gap between the appliance
and each side.
This appliance is equipped
with over current protection.
When the food in jug is too
much or blocked, the over
current switch will jump in
and the appliance will stop
working. In this case, press
the reset button (on the left
side under the bottom of the
base) in to reset the
appliance.

HOW TO USE
Before use, make sure the on/off switch is in “OFF” position and the speed adjustor is in “MIN” position.
1. Place the jug onto the motor housing. The jug must be placed as shown on the above picture.
2. Put the foods into the jug after dicing them and then add the liquid, making sure not to go over the
maximum level marked on the jug.
Note: Never fill the jug with ingredients exceeding 80°C.
3. Put the lid onto the jug and put the top cap onto the lid (have the cap engaged into the slots on the lid) then
twist the cap clockwise to firm the connection.
4. Put the plug into the wall socket. Switch the on/off switch into “ON” position and rotate the speed adjustor
to your desired position. NOTE: You can press and hold the pulse switch to “ON” position to get full power.
5. After finishing, switch off your appliance and remove the plug from outlet. NOTE: Make sure the speed
adjustor is set to “MIN” position.
The appliance is equipped with a safety switch. It only works when the jug has been placed correctly.
IMPORTANT TIPS
If the jug contains liquid, please turn the speed adjustor to the lowest speed then to the highest speed.
Otherwise, the liquid may spill out.
If you wish to add more food into the jug during operation (not over the maximum level), even just a small
quantity, please hold the jug and only open the top cap to add it.
When the food is not easy to move or the unit is blocked, please use pulse function to blend 2-3 times. In
this case, please use the stir rod to mix the food.
RECIPE
Sweet Apple Smoothie
1 ripe banana (without skin)
2 hands of baby spinach
Leaves of a carrot
2 sweet apples
4 kohlrabi leaves
500ml of fresh water
Peel the banana, divide the apple into quarters and remove the stem and the blossom root, the seeds should be
used with. Wash the baby spinach briefly. Give all ingredients into mixing container and add the water.
Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run
until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!

Please note the smoothie should be prepared at least 1 minute at the highest level in the mixer so that the cell
walls or green leaves can be broken down.
Sweet Cherry Smoothie
1 mango
14 cherries
2 nectarines
250g of lamb’s lettuce
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 peeled lemon
500ml of fresh water
Remove stone of mango, cherries and nectarines. Wash the lettuce briefly. Peel the skin of the lemon with a
vegetable peeler. Put all ingredients in the mixing container.
Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run
until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
Please note the smoothie should be prepared at least 1 minute at the highest level in the mixer so that the cell
walls or green leaves can be broken down.
Tomato Sauce
7 medium tomatoes
2 small shallots
8 fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp. of agave syrup
2 tbsp. of olive oil
Fresh parsley, chili
Salt and pepper
Place all ingredients into mixing container and start at the highest speed level. Stop the mixing process when
the desired consistency is achieved.
Season to taste the tomato sauce with salt and pepper. Done. Enjoy!
Tomato Soup
500g of tomatoes
1 red bell pepper
1 small orange
60g of cashew nuts
2-4 basil leaves
Sea salt and black pepper
Place all ingredients into mixing container and start at the highest speed level. Stop the mixing process when
the desired consistency is achieved.
Season to taste the tomato soup with see salt and pepper. Done. Enjoy!
Cashew Butter
250g of cashew nuts
About 4 tbsp. oil (sunflower oil or thistle oil)

Put the cashews in the mixing container, pour the oil in the mixing container and start with pulse mode with
short intervals. Then mix on high speed until a file paste has been produced. This may take some time to
complete. Done. Enjoy!
Lemon Cream
250g cashew nuts
1 tsp of lemon zest
Juice of one lemon
100ml of fresh water
5 tbsp. agave syrup
Chop the cashew nuts using pulse mode. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixing container. Start on the
lowest speed level and increase for about 60 seconds to the highest speed level. Allow the lemon cream to cool
in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
Tomato Dressing
3 apricots
2 tomatoes
1 small spring onion
2 tbsp. of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 dried chili pepper
1 tbsp. of sugar
Remove the stones of the apricots. Add the ingredients to the mixing container. Start on the lowest speed level
and increase for about 60 seconds to the highest speed level.
Season to taste the tomato dressing with a little salt. Enjoy!
Fruit Smoothie
1/2 mango (without stone)
1/2 grapefruit
1/2 orange
1 medlar
1/2 pomegranate
500ml of fresh water
Use the pomegranate seeds only. Reel the orange with a vegetable peeler. Start your blender on the lowest
setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is
reached. Enjoy!
Pina Colada Smoothie
200g of pineapple
200g of raw coconut butter
100ml of fresh water
Peel off, pineapple and add it to the other ingredients in the mixing container. Start your blender on the lowest
setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the blender run until the desired consistency is
reached. Enjoy!

Peel the bananas and freeze them in small pieces. Then put these with the other ingredients in the mixing
container. Start your blender on the lowest setting, then increase gradually to the highest level and let the
blender run until the desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. First remove the mains plug from the wall socket. Do not immerse the motor housing in water. You can clean
the motor housing with a humid cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaning materials.
2. Disassemble the other parts after each use and wash them in soapy water. Then rinse with clean water and
dry thoroughly. Do not wash these parts in a dishwasher.

Elektrizität und Wärme

(Schukosteckdosen) an.

5. Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel immer am Stecker aus der
Steckdose. Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel.
6. Halten Sie das Netzkabel von heißen Oberflächen und
heißen Dampf fern.
7. Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie
das Gerät an einen anderen Platz stellen.

Gebrauch

6. Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals beim Betrieb unbeaufsichtigt.
7. Das Gerät ausschalten, bevor Zubehörteile gewechselt
werden oder Teile, die sich während des Betriebs bewegen,

8. Erlauben Sie Kindern nicht, den Mixer ohne Aufsicht zu
verwenden.

Kinder oder behinderte

Während des Betriebs darf
der Deckel keinesfalls
geöffnet werden.

Wenn Sie den Rührstab
verwenden möchten, bitte
nur die Deckelkappe und
nicht den gesamten Deckel
abnehmen.
Der Krugboden darf nicht in
Kontakt mit Wasser- oder
Flüssigkeitsspritzern
kommen. Anderenfalls tritt
Rost auf und die
Nutzungsdauer des Geräts
wird verkürzt.
Während des Betriebs
müssen Personen einen
Abstand von 20 cm zum
Gerät wahren. Räumen Sie
den Tisch so auf, dass das
Gerät 20 cm Freiraum auf
allen Seiten hat.
Dieses Gerät verfügt über
einen Überstromschutz.
Befinden sich im Krug zu viele
Lebensmittel oder kommt es
zu einer Blockierung, schaltet
der Überlastungsschutz das
Gerät aus. Drücken Sie in
diesem Fall die Reset-Taste
(links am Boden der
Gerätebasis), um das Gerät
zurückzusetzen.

GEBRAUCHSHINWEISE
Vergewissern Sie sich vor Gebrauch, dass sich der An-/Ausschalter auf "AUS" (OFF) und der Stufenregler auf
"MIN" befindet.
1. Stellen Sie den Krug auf das Motorgehäuse. Der Krug muss, wie im obigen Bild dargestellt, platziert werden.
2. Geben Sie die gewürfelten Lebensmittel in den Krug und fügen Sie die Flüssigkeit hinzu; vergewissern Sie
sich, die Einfüll-Höchstmarke auf dem Krug nicht zu überschreiten.
Hinweis: Füllen Sie keinesfalls Zutaten mit einer Temperatur von über 80 °C in den Krug.
3. Bringen Sie den Deckel mit Deckelkappe auf dem Krug an (passen Sie die Kappe in die Schlitze des Deckels
ein) und drehen Sie die Kappe im Uhrzeigersinn fest.
4. Schließen Sie den Stecker an eine Wandsteckdose an. Bringen Sie den An-/Ausschalter in die Position "ON"
(AN) und drehen Sie den Stufenregler auf die gewünschte Position. HINWEIS: Für die volle Leistungsstufe
können Sie den Turbo-Schalter auf die Position "ON" (AN) bringen.
5. Nach Gebrauch ausschalten und von der Stromversorgung trennen. HINWEIS: Vergewissern Sie sich, dass

Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen Sicherheitsschalter. Es kann nur betrieben werden, wenn der Krug korrekt
platziert ist.
WICHTIGE TIPPS
Enthält der Krug Flüssigkeit, sollten Sie den Stufenregler zuerst auf die niedrige Stufe und anschließend auf
die höher Stufe stellen. Anderenfalls könnte Flüssigkeit herausspritzen.
Wenn Sie während des Betriebs Lebensmittel hinzufügen möchten (wobei die Höchstmarke nicht
überschritten werden darf), und sei es nur eine geringe Menge, bitte den Krug festhalten und die Kappe
öffnen.
Bewegt sich das Mixgut nur schwerfällig oder blockiert es im Krug, 2 - 3 Mal die Turbo-Funktion verwenden.
Verwenden Sie in einem solchen Fall vorzugsweise den Rührstab.
REZEPTE
Süßer Apfel-Smoothie
1 reife Banane (ohne Schale)
2 handvoll Babyspinat
Das Kraut von einer Karotte
2 süße Äpfel
4 Kohlrabiblätter
500 ml frisches Wasser

Schälen Sie die Banane; vierteln Sie den Apfel und entfernen Sie Kerngehäuse und Stiel, aber verwenden Sie

Süsskirschen-Smoothie
1 Mango
14 Kirschen
2 Nektarinen
250g Feldsalat
1/2 Bund Petersilie
1/2 geschälte Zitrone
500 ml frisches Wasser

7 mittelgroße Tomaten
2 kleine Schalotten
8 frische Basilikumblätter
1 EL Agavensirup
2 EL Olivenöl
frische Petersilie, Chili
Salz und Pfeffer
Geben Sie alle Zutaten in den Mixbehälter und starten Sie mit der höchsten Geschwindigkeitsstufe. Sobald die
gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist, kann der Mixer ausgeschaltet werden. Schmecken Sie die Tomatensoße mit
Salz und Pfeffer ab. Fertig! Lassen Sie es sich schmecken!
