What Power is Wasted?
Many of today’s appliances for the home and oce continue to use power, even when the appliance is turned o. Appliances that are left on unintentionally or are in sleep mode, waste even more power.
Automatic Power Down
Embertec SmartSwitch™ PC eliminates standby power consumed by computer and oce equipment that has been left on/gone into sleep mode, or has completed charging.
NOTE: It is not guaranteed to work accurately for laptops with old batteries.
