Items listed are replacement parts for the current Model 31 Ember•Glo Broiler.
Model 31 first construction Sept. 1959. Dual pilot model with eight burners. Early models used two hearth blocks of
unequal size; later revised to utilize two equal blocks.
AVOID ERROR IN PARTS SELECTION. When ordering use complete Ember•Glo part number and description;
furnish broiler model number, serial number and component nameplate date where available.

Pilot Valve Handle
1. Illustrated.
2. Early production runs were made using two block: one narrow placed in front and one wider in rear. Later floor
blocks are equal in size, and are installed side by side.
3. Diamond rod cooking grill: round rod grill no longer available. Brackets and instructions for conversion are provided.
4. A large portion of units manufactured 1968 through 1978 featured co-axial orifices (NATURAL and PROPANE).
These are no longer available and only fixed single gas orifices are available as replacements. Be sure to select the
proper orifice for the gas you are using.
5. “Plug” type valve (Lincoln valve) is no longer available. It is being replaced by a higher quality ball valve. The ball
valve requires a formed sheet metal Adapter Bracket to mate to the valve Stem Rod, use in place of the tubular
Valve Stem Connector with the older Lincoln valve.
