Omni Directional High Gain Telecommunication Antenna

Designed to communicate with multiple base stations. An
omni directional antenna allows the “cell network” more
control in managing a connection.
This antenna is designed for use with any 4G/LTE network
in the 1800MHz band.

Uses

Improves the existing network signal strength and quality,
to internet reliability and speed.
The antenna can only be used with a modem that has an
external “cellular” antenna connector.
Antenna only, must be used with AABOC7M cable for
modems with SMA antenna.

Installation guide

Installation hints

1. Ensure antenna is placed at top of mast for best omni directional performance.

2. Test for best setup location before final installation. (A few meter can make a large dierence.

3. Tilting the antenna slightly from vertical can make a large dierence.

4. Keep antenna far way as possible from TV antennas to minimise interference.

5. Keep antenna connection cable as short as possible.

6. Use drip loop on the antenna cable before it enters the house to avoid water running along
cable into house.

7. Conform to applicable earth grounding regulations.

8. Use waterproof N-type connectors on antenna cable with amalgamating tape for best weather
proofing.

Connector

For dongles and STBs with either TS9 or CRC9 connectors, an antenna cable (AABOC7M) together
with the correct “pigtail” adaptor cable (AABOATS9 or AABOACRC9) must be used.
