1. Product Overview
This data logger is mainly used in the field of medicine,vaccine,blood,food and laboratory,etc. It is especially suitable for high waterproof requirements in the storage and transportation places of cold chain.
Users can read the data directly through the APP of the mobile phone in the mode of wireless Near Field Communication (NFC) ,without tearing the plastic bag.
In the case of the logger’s battery depleted, the data can also be read through the mobile phone.

3.Operation procedures
3.1 Download the APP software for the mobile phone
Using an Android phone with NFC function to scan the two-dimension code in Fig.1 or on the surface of the logger,you can download and install the APP.
The icon shown in Fig.2 appears on the desktop after the installation is complete.

3.2 Enable the NFC function of the mobile phone
Open the NFC Data Logger APP software and enable the NFC function according to the prompt of the software,as shown in Fig.3 and Fig.4. Refer to the user manual of the phone for detailed operation procedure.

3.3 Configure the data logger
Default parameters have been configured for the logger in the factory.
Users can modify the configuration of the parameters according to their own needs before starting the logger to record data.
Open software and press the “config” button shown in Fig.5.

As shown in Fig.6, enter the configuration page and set the required information for the parameters. Place the back of the mobile phone close to the data logger within 5 centimeters. Remain stationary until the success of writing. The software will scan the data logger automatically and prompt “Whether to write data”. Press “OK”. Withdraw the mobile phone after “Write successfully” is shown.

3.4 Start recording
After the data logger has been configured, press and hold the button for more than 4 seconds.When the indicator light flashes continuously and rapidly,the data logger start recording.
Working status indicator:
Press and release the button,the indicator light flashes once,which indicates the logger has not been started.
Press and release the button,the indicator light flashes continuously and rapidly,which indicates the logger has been started.
Press and release the button,the indicator light flashes continuously and slowly,which indicates the logger has been stopped.
3.5 Read data
Open the APP software, place the back of the mobile phone close to the data logger within 5 centimeters. Remain stationary until the success of reading. It will take about 15 seconds to read 4000 records.

4.1 Record
The “Record” page displays all the data that has been stored in the database. Users can choose to view a single or multiple data logger.
Each record in the record list contains the information of a logger. The name of the record is composed of the storage time, the UID of the logger,the maximum and minimum temperature,the maximum and minimum humidity(for temperature and humidity data logger).
Click the record name to view the details of a single data logger.
The record with red background indicates that the data logger has a record value that has exceeded the limit.
The “Not uploaded” flag indicates whether the data has been uploaded to the cloud platform of our company.
The record with black background indicates that the data logger has a record value that has not exceeded the limit.
The “Delete” button is to delete selected data from the local database.
The “Upload” button is to upload selected data to the cloud platform of our company. You need to enter your user name and password registered on the cloud platform of our company when you upload data.
The “View” button is to display the detailed data of the selected logger. Up to 10 records of data loggers can be viewed at a time.
The “Check all” button is to select all the records of loggers in the record list.
The “Over limit” button is to display only the records of loggers which have over temperature data.
4.2 Configuration
4.2.1 Meaning of each parameter
Company :The company name
Users can input 16 Chinese characters or 32 English letters to this field.

Product:The name of the item being monitored,such as medicine,vaccine,etc.
Users can input 16 Chinese characters or 32 English letters to this field.
Place of origin: The producing area of the item being monitored
Users can input 24 Chinese characters or 48 English letters to this field.
Time zone: Time zone for the producing area of the item being monitored
Serial No. : The serial number of the data logger.
Users can input 0~20 numbers or English letters.
Remark: Remark on information.
Users can input 16 Chinese characters or 32 English letters to this field.
Temp: Set the upper and lower limits of temperature alarm
Humi: Set the upper and lower limits of humidity alarm
Interval : Set the record interval of the logger.
255 minutes is the maximum allowable value.
Start delay : Set the time delay for the logger to start
255 minutes is the maximum allowable value.
Record mode:
If “Cycle record” is ticked,circular storage will be done when the record
capacity reaches the Max capacity(4000 points),
If “Cycle record” is not ticked,the logger will be stopped when the record
capacity reaches the Max capacity(4000 points).
Read stop:
If “Read stop” is ticked,the logger will stop recording when the mobile
phone is reading the internal data of the recording data logger.
If “Read stop” is not ticked,the logger will not stop recording when the
mobile phone is reading the internal data of the recording data logger.
4.2.2 Template
You can save the input information of the parameters to the database in the form of a template. Configured parameters can be read by calling the template to avoid repeated input and save time.

Save template: First check the “Template” check box in the top right corner, then click the “Save Config” button to save the template.
Read template: First check the “Template” check box in the top right corner, then select the template from the template list in the lower right corner.
4.3 More
Click the “more” button, as shown in Fig.9. Enter the following page, as shown in Fig.10.

After entering this page, users can set the parameters such as “Unit”,”Email address”,”Language”,”Server”,”File path”,”Date format” and “Record type”.Users can also clean up the files on the storage path through “Clean file”.
Unit : Two units are optional (/).

Email address: Email address of the mail recipient
Language: Two languages are optional (Simplified Chinese, English).
Server: The IP Address and port number though which data is uploaded to the server.
File path: The local storage path through which the exported data file is deposited in the mobile phone
Date format: Users can choose a variety of time format.
Record type: There are three optional ways: “Query the user”,”Default to cover previous records”,”Default to add records”.
Query the user: The software prompts the user to select “cover” or
“append” when reading data.
Default to cover previous records: Data is covered in the original record
sequence when reading data.
Default to add records: Data is kept in a new sequence of records when
reading data.
Clean file: Clear the files in the local storage where the exported data file is
deposited.
