Covert 3-Ring Binder Camera
Kit Contents:
The battery will arrive fully charged. To
recharge the battery, connect the AC power
adapter to the barrel connection in the 3-Ring
Binder. A full charge takes approximately 8
hours.
Upon powering the camera, the camera starts
recording to its internal memory card when
triggered by motion.

Step 1
Inside the 3-Ring binder, connect both power
wires to the battery. (Red to Red)
Step 2
Place the covert camera in the desired location.
Step 3
Insert the supplied CD and run the installation
wizard to install the IPcam Loader software on a
computer that will be within 200 feet of the
covert camera’s location. A laptop is
recommended for portability.
To finish the installation, you will need internet
access.
Launch the IP CamLoader software. Click the
Update Button. Select all the files to update.
Then click the Download button.

Once the software has updated, 3 buttons will
appear in the bottom right of the screen.
Step 5
In the IP CamLoader software, click the Setup
button. Wait for the software to display the
camera’s name in the bottom right corner.
Double click on the camera name and live video
will show in the viewing window.
Click the Camera tab to adjust sharpness and
brightness.
Step 4
Using the supplied Ethernet cable, connect the
wireless router to the computer.
Using the AC power adapter, supply power to
the router. Note: You will not need internet
Click Save and close the window.
Step 6
Click on the Run Viewer button. Wait for the
software to display the camera’s name on the
right side of the window.
Double click on the camera name and live video
will show in the viewing window. Click on the
channel button at the bottom of the screen to
select the single channel viewing.
In the upper right-hand corner, click the zoom
tool and click-and-drag a rectangle around the
area to be enlarged. Click okay.
To view recorded video, click on the PB from
Server button at the top of the screen and
double-click on the camera name.
If the live video isn’t showing in full resolution,
click the quality tab in the bottom right corner
and select the SXGA resolution.
