ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO

AVVERTENZE

• Leggere attentamente il libretto d'istruzioni.

• PRIMA DI OGNI INTERVENTO SULL'ASPIRATORE STACCARE LA SPINA DALLA RETE.

• Non avvicinare ad occhi, orecchie, naso, ecc. l'orifizio di aspirazione quando l'apparecchio è in funzione.

• Tenere lontano l'apparecchio dalla portata di bambini o persone incapaci.

• Qualora il materiale da aspirare sia una combinazione di polvere-truccioli-liquidi (pulizia vasche macchine

utensili) si deve adoperare l'apparecchio con il filtro inserito.

• L'apparecchio non é adatto all'aspirazione di materiali combustibili, infiammabili, tossici ed acidi. Non

aspirare corpi incandescenti (tizzoni, mozziconi, ecc.).

• Non cercare di mettere in funzione un apparecchio che sembri difettoso.

• Controllare regolarmente la spina ed il cavo di alimentazione: in caso di deterioramento farli cambiare da

un tecnico specializzato di fiducia. Controllare eventuali prolunghe regolarmente e sostituirle in caso di
deterioramento.

• Non passare l'apparecchio sul cavo elettrico, onde evitare di danneggiare l'isolamento.

• Non tirare mai il cavo di alimentazione o l'apparecchio stesso per staccare la spina dalla presa di

corrente.

• In caso di sostituzioni del cavo di alimentazione, utilizzare cavi di sezione adeguata.

• Qualora si usassero delle prolunghe, queste devono essere protette dall'accidentale contatto con acqua.

• Per un buon funzionamento dell'aspiratore é consigliabile :

− Controllare che siano state eseguite correttamente le operazioni descritte dalle istruzioni.

− Rimuovere periodicamente la polvere, i detriti o l'eventuale liquido.

− Tenere il filtro pulito. Se non é sufficiente scuoterlo, si può lavare con acqua tiepida e detersivo,

tenendo presente che, prima del riutilizzo, deve essere ben asciutto.

− Se il filtro é danneggiato, sostituirlo.

− Tenere puliti i canali di aspirazione.

• Una eccessiva presenza di sporco provoca una perdita di aspirazione e il surriscaldamento del motore.

• Le parti rotanti dell'apparecchio non necessitano di alcuna lubrificazione perché munite di cuscinetti

autolubrificanti.

• I carboncini del motore devono essere, in condizioni normali d'uso, controllati ogni 12 mesi e, comunque,
sostituiti quando raggiungono la lunghezza di 9 mm.

La casa produttrice si riserva di apportare modifiche agli apparecchi e alla dotazione degli accessori senza
alcun preavviso. Si raccomanda l'uso esclusivo di parti di ricambio e accessori originali per conservare
inalterata l'efficienza del vostro apparecchio e per non invalidare la garanzia.

MESSA IN OPERA PER L'ASPIRAZIONE DI POLVERI

• Controllare che il sacchetto-filtro (artt. 801-803-813: pos.13-14; artt. 804-805-815: pos.30), sia
correttamente inserito all'interno dell'aspirapolvere.

• Art. 801-803:

− Assicurarsi che il sacchetto-filtro (13) sia ben stretto dall'apposito elastico e che sia pulito e asciutto.

− A partire dal boccaglio (17) innestare, nell'ordine: il manicotto di uscita (2), il tubo flessibile (1), il

manicotto di entrata (3), la prolunga (4), la spazzola o altri accessori.

− Per i diversi utilizzi dell'apparecchio servirsi degli accessori in dotazione.

− Attenzione ! Prima di allacciare l'aspiratore alla rete, verificare che la tensione di alimentazione sia uguale

a quella indicata dai dati di targa dell'apparecchio.

− Inserire la spina dell'apparecchio in una presa di corrente a 6A 230V (240v) 50Hz e azionare l'interruttore

(28).

− La polvere e i detriti aspirati si depositeranno nel contenitore (15) che potrà essere agevolmente vuotato

togliendo la testata: prima di effettuare questa operazione, staccare la spina dell'aspiratore dalla presa di
corrente.

• Artt. 804-805-815:

− Assicurarsi che l'anello del sacchetto filtro (28) aderisca perfettamente al contenitore (52), in modo da

non permettere la fuoriuscita della polvere aspirata. Il filtro deve essere pulito e asciutto.

− A partire dal bocchettone (35) innestare, nell'ordine: per artt. 804-805 il manicotto di uscita (13), il tubo

flessibile (1), il manicotto di entrata (12), la doppia curva (20), la spazzola o altri accessori; per art. 815 il
tubo flessibile (22), il tubo rigido (24) e la lancia (23).

− Per i diversi utilizzi dell'apparecchio servirsi degli accessori in dotazione.

− Attenzione! Prima di allacciare l'aspiratore alla rete verificare che la tensione di alimentazione sia uguale

a quella indicata dai dati di targa dell'apparecchio.

− Inserire la spina dell'apparecchio in una presa di corrente a 16A 230V (240v) 50Hz e accendere

l'aspiratore azionando gli interruttori del numero di motori desiderato.

− La polvere e i detriti aspirati si depositeranno nel contenitore (52) che potrà essere agevolmente vuotato

togliendo la testata e il sacchetto-filtro (29). Prima di effettuare questa operazione, staccare la spina
dell'aspiratore dalla presa di corrente.

• Art. 813:

− Assicurarsi che il sacchetto filtro (13) sia ben stretto dall'apposito elastico e che i filtri siano puliti.

− Controllare che il filtro supplementare in nylon (14) sia inserito correttamente nella parte superiore del

fusto.

− Partendo dal boccaglio (22), innestare nell'ordine: il manicotto a Y (23), il tubo flessibile (21), il manicotto

di uscita (24), l'elettroutensile.

− Attenzione ! Prima di collegare l'elettroutensile all'aspirapolvere, controllare che la tensione

dell'aspirapolvere sia uguale a quella dell'elettroutensile.

− Collegare la spina dell'elettroutensile alla presa supplementare (27) posta nella parte superiore della

testata dell'aspiratore.

− Attenzione ! Prima di allacciare l'aspirapolvere alla rete, verificare che la tensione di alimentazione sia

uguale a quella indicata dai dati di targa della macchina.

− Inserire la spina dell'aspiratore in una presa di corrente 16A 230V (240v) 50Hz e portare il deviatore (28)

in posizione "II".

− In queste condizioni, ogni volta che l'elettroutensile verrà azionato, l'aspiratore si avvierà

automaticamente.

− Le polveri e i detriti aspirati si depositeranno nel contenitore (15) che potrà essere agevolmente vuotato

togliendo la testata e il filtro supplementare in nylon (14). Prima di effettuare questa operazione, staccare
la spina dell'aspiratore dalla presa di corrente.

− Grazie al manicotto a Y (23) è possibile utilizzare fino a due elettroutensili contemporaneamente per

aspiratore.

− Mettendo in posizione "I" il deviatore (28) l'apparecchio funziona come un aspirapolvere tradizionale.

MESSA IN OPERA PER L'ASPIRAZIONE DI LIQUIDI

• Togliere il sacchetto-filtro (artt. 801-803-813: pos. 13-14; artt. 804-805-815: pos. 29).

• Collegare gli accessori come per l'aspirazione delle polveri, innestando alla prolunga l'apposito

accessorio per i liquidi (spazzola con lame in gomma, artt. 804-805: pos. 17).

• Attenzione ! Prima di allacciare l'aspiratore alla rete, verificare che la tensione di alimentazione sia
uguale a quella indicata dai dati di targa dell'apparecchio.

• Inserire la spina dell'apparecchio in una presa di corrente a 6A per artt. 801-803 o a 16A per artt. 804­805-813-815 a 230V (240V) 50Hz e azionare l'interruttore (per artt. 804-805-815, gli interruttori del
numero di motori desiderato).

• Il liquido aspirato si depositerà nel contenitore e, raggiunto il livello massimo, azionerà la valvola
galleggiante (artt. 801-803-813: pos. 39; artt. 804-805: pos. 24; artt. 815: pos. 48) che bloccherà
l'aspirazione.

• Per vuotare l'apparecchio togliere la testata. Prima di effettuare questa operazione, staccare la spina

dell'aspiratore dalla presa di corrente.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• Read the instruction booklet carefully.

• BEFORE WORKING ON THE MACHINE FOR ANY REASON, DISCONNECT THE PLUG FROM THE

POWER SUPPLY.

• Never position the vacuum nozzle near the eyes, ears or nose when the appliance is in operation.

• Do not allow children or the infirm to use the appliance.

• If the material to be sucked is a combination of dust, liquids and shavings (cleaning operation of

machines-tools basins), use the vacuum cleaner with the filter inserted.

• The aspirator is not suitable for suction of inflammable, explosive, toxic or acid substances.

• Do not switch on the appliance if it appears to malfunction in any way.

• Inspect the supply cable periodically and, if damaged, apply to qualified personnel to have it replaced.

Inspect extension cords periodically and replace if damaged.

• Do not run the vacuum cleaner over the power cable, as this might damage the insulating sheath.

• Never pull the power cable or the appliance itself to remove the plug from the socket.

• All plugs, sockets and extensions cables must be protected from sprays of water and rain.

• To ensure that the vacuum cleaner is always in top working condition :

− Check to have followed procedure and precautions as indicated in instructions.

− Periodically remove the dust, the residues or the eventual water.

− Clean the filter thoroughly by shaking it. The filter may also be washed in lukewarm water with

detersive. Await that filter is perfectly dry before using it again.

− If the filter is damaged, replace it.

− Always keep the aspirator channels clean and free of obstacles.

• Excessive dirt causes a reduction of suction power and overheating of the motor.

• The rotary parts of the apparatus do not require lubrication as they are provided with self-lubricating

bearings.

• Check the carbon brushes of the motor every 12 months under normal working conditions, and replace
them whenever they have worn down to 9 mm length.

The manufacturer reserves the right to modify the appliance and the relative accessories without prior
notice. In order to maintain the efficiency of the appliance and to comply with the requirements of the
warranty, always insist on original spare parts and accessories.

PREPARING THE ASPIRATOR FOR DRY VACUUM CLEANING

• Before using the aspirator, check that the filter bag (items 801-803-813: pos.13-14; items 804-805-815:
pos. 30) is correctly inserted inside the aspirator.

• Items 801-803 :

− Check that the filter bag (13) is firmly held in place by the elastic and that it is clean and dry.

− Starting from the connector (17), connect in the following order: the outlet sleeve (2), the flexible hose

(1), the inlet sleeve (3), the extension tubes (4), the brushes or other tools.

− For the different cleaning operations, use the different tools and accessories supplied with the vacuum

cleaner.

− Attention ! Before connecting the vacuum cleaner to the power supply, check that the supply voltage is

the same as that indicated on the specifications plate of the machine.

− Insert the pin plug of the vacuum cleaner in a 6A 230v (240v) 50Hz power supply socket and switch on

the vacuum cleaner (28).

− The aspirated dust and residues are deposited in the container (15), which can be easily emptied by

separating the head from the container. Before doing this operation, disconnect the plug from the power
supply.

• Items 804-805-815:

− Check that the filter bag (28) is correctly inserted inside the aspirator and the filter-ring sticks perfectly to

the container (52) to avoid the coming out of the dust. Check that the filter is clean and dry.

− Starting from the connector (35), connect in the following order: items 804-805 the outlet sleeve (13), the

flexible hose (1), the inlet sleeve (12), the bent extensions (20), the brushes or other tools; item 815 the
flexible hose (22), the tube (24) and the spout (23).

− For the different cleaning operations, use the different tools and accessories supplied with the vacuum

cleaner.

− Attention ! Before connecting the vacuum cleaner to the power supply, check that the supply voltage is

the same as that indicated on the specifications plate of the machine.

− Insert the pin plug of the vacuum cleaner in a 16A 230v (240v) 50Hz power supply socket and switch on

the vacuum cleaner choosing the number of motors according to the cleaning operation to be performed.

− The aspirated dust and residues are deposited in the container (52), which can be easily emptied by

separating the head and the filter-bag (29) from the container. Before doing this operation, disconnect the
plug from the power supply.

• Item 813:

− Check that the filter bag (13) is firmly held in place by the elastic and that the filters are clean and dry.

− Check that the complementary nylon filter (14) is correctly inserted in the upper part of the aspirator body.

− Starting from the nozzle (22), connect in the following order : the "Y" connector (23), the flexible tube (21)

the outlet sleeve (24) and the electric tool.

− Attention ! Before connecting the dust aspirator to the electric tool, check that the voltage of the aspirator

is the same as that of the electric tool.

− Insert the pin plug of the electric tool in the supplementary socket (27) located on the upper part of the

aspirator head.

− Attention ! Before connecting the dust aspirator to the power supply, check that the supply voltage is the

same as that indicated on the specifications plate of the machine.

− Insert the aspirator pin plug in a 16A 230V (240V) 50 Hz power supply socket and place the switch (28) in

position "II".

− In this mode, each time the electric tool is started the aspirator will also start automatically.

− The aspirated dust and residues are deposited in the container (15), which can be easily emptied by

separating the head and the supplementary nylon filter (14) from the container. Before doing this
operation, disconnect the plug from the power supply.

− Thanks to the "Y" connection (23), it is possible to use two electric tools at the same time with the same

aspirator.

− Placing the switch (28) in position "I" the machine works like a traditional vacuum cleaner.

PREPARING THE ASPIRATOR FOR WET VACUUM CLEANING

• Remove the filter bag (items 801-803-813 : pos. 13-14; items 804-805-815 : pos. 29).

• Connect the accessories following the same procedure as outlined in previous instructions and

connecting the appropriate tool (items 804-805: pos. 17) to the extension tube.

• Attention ! Before connecting the vacuum cleaner to the power supply, check that the supply voltage is
the same as that indicated on the specifications plate of the machine.

• Insert the pin plug of the vacuum cleaner in a 6A 230V (240V) 50Hz power supply socket for items 801­803 or in a 16A 230v (240V) 50Hz socket for items 804-805-813-815. Then switch on the vacuum
cleaner (for items 804-805-815 switch on the number of motors you need).

• The aspirated liquid is deposited in the container. When it will reach the maximum level, the float (items
801-803-813 : pos. 39; items 804-805: pos. 24; items 815 : pos. 48) will block the suction operation.

• The container can be easily emptied by separating the head from the container. Before doing this operation,

disconnect the plug from the power supply.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG FÜR SCHLAMM - UND STAUBSAUGER

HINWEISE

• Bitte die Gebrauchsanweisung aufmerksam durchlesen.

• VOR ALLEN WARTUNGSARBEITEN NETZSTECKER ZIEHEN!

• Bei eingeschaltetem Gerät weder Nase, Augen und Ohren usw. der Ansaugöffnung nähern.

• Kinder und Personen, die mit der Handhabung des Gerätes nicht vertraut sind, müssen ferngehalten

werden.

• Wenn das zu saugende Material eine Kombination aus Staub bzw. Spänen und Flüssigkeit ist, muß der
Sauger mit Filtersack verwendet werden.

• Der Schlammsauger ist nicht geeignet für entflammbare, explosive, toxische bzw, ätzende Flussigkeiten.

• Bei Verdacht auf einen Defekt darf das Gerät nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.

• Die Stromzuleitung regelmäßig auf Beschädigungen untersuchen und gegebenfalls durch qualifiziertes

Fachpersonal austauschen lassen. (Kontrollieren Sie auch die eventuellen Rohre und ersetzen Sie sie,
wenn sie beschädigt sind).

• Beim Arbeiten darauf achten, daß das Netzkabel nicht überfahren wird.

• Den Netzstecker nie am Netzkabel oder direkt am Gerät aus der Steckdose ziehen.

• Wenn Sie die Stromzuleitung ersetzen müssen, verwenden Sie immer Zuleitungen mit angemessenem

Schnitt.

• Die Stecker und Buchsen (z.B.von Verlängerungsleitungen) nicht ins Wasser gelangen lassen und nicht
dem Spritzwasser aussetzen.

• Für das gute Funktionieren des Gerätes sollen Sie das machen :

− Kontrollieren Sie, daß alle in der Betriebsanleitung geschriebenen Handlungen richtig ausgeführt worden

sind.

− Darauf achten, daß sich im Hollbereich des Saugers keine Hindernisse befinden.

− Der Filtersack muß regelmäßig durch gründliches Klopfen gereinigt werden. Hin und wieder kann er in

lauwarmem Wasser mit etwas Spülmittel gewaschen werden. Bevor der Filtersack wieder eingesetzt
werden kann, muß er vollständig getrocknet sein.

− Wenn der Filtersack beschädigt ist, muß er ausgetauscht werden.

− Halten Sie die Einlasskanal sauber.

• Eine zu starke Verschmutzung führt zum Abfallen der Saugleistung und zum Heißlaufen des Motors.

• Alle rotierenden Teile sind mit Dauerschmierlagern ausgestattet und brauchen nicht geschmiert werden.

• Bei normalem Gebrauch sollten die Kohlebürsten jährlich kontrolliert werden. Wenn die Länge weniger

als 9 mm. beträgt müssen sie ausgetauscht werden.

Der Hersteller hält sich das Recht vor, Änderungen die mit dem Fortschritt dienen am Gerät und den
Zubehörteilen vorzunehmen. Die Garantieansprüche gelten nur bei Verwendung von Original-Ersatzteilen
und -Zubehör.

VORBEREITUNG FÜR DAS TROCKEN - SAUGEN

• Vor Gebrauch sicherstellen, daß der Filtersack (Art. 801-803-813: pos. 13 – 14; Art. 804-805-815: pos.

30) korrekt in den Sauger eingesetz ist und daß der Filtersack gut strikt bei dem Gummiband ist.

• Art. 801-803

− Der Filtersack muß trocken und sauber sein.

− Ausgehend vom Anschlußende (17) werden nun der drehbare Ausgangsmuff (2), der flexible Schlauch

(1), der drehbare Eingangsmuff (3), die Rohre (4) sowie die Bürste bzw, ein anderer Vorsatz montiert.

− Für die verschiedenen Reinigungsaufgaben gibt es unterschiedliche Werkzeuge, die im Zuberhörset

enthalten sind.

− Achtung ! Bevor der Sauger an das Stromnetz angeschlossen wird, sicherstellen, daß die auf dem

Typenschild angegebene Spannung mit der jeweiligen Netzpannung übereinstimmt.
