INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your selection of a top quality power supply.
The XP-603 is a solid-state DC power supply providing the exact
output voltage no matter what current you use. It contains one fully
regulated power supply. The variable voltage is capable of
delivering 0-30V at up to 3A. The output is precisely held to the
desired output voltage by a special regulating circuit. The unit
features a current foldback circuit for overload and shorted output
protection.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

This power supply is easy to use if these simple instructions are
followed.

1. Place the power switch of the XP-603 to the OFF position.

2. Adjust the voltage control knob to minimum.

3. Plug the XP-603 Power Supply into a 120V, 60Hz AC outlet.

4. Equipment to be powered will have a negative (--) black lead
and a positive (+) red lead. Attach the negative black lead from
the equipment to the negative (--) black terminal of your power
supply . Then, attach the positive red lead to the positive (+) red
terminal. WARNING: Be absolutely sure that these leads are
not reversed or damage to your equipment may occur. If you
are not sure how to connect the leads, consult your dealer.

5. Adjust the XP-603 voltage control to the desired output voltage.

TWO YEAR WARRANTY

All Elenco models are guaranteed for two full years
on all parts and service. For the first 3 months,
your power supply is covered at absolutely no
charge. For the remaining 21 months, a nominal
service charge is required to cover shipping and
handling.

When returning merchandise for repair,
please include proof of purchase,a brief letter
of explanation of problem, and sufficient
packing material. Before returning any
