Fountain pump Aquapower 2000
This appliance serves as pump for garden ponds
and fountains. It may be used for pumping water in
non-freezing weather conditions.
The diversion of water flow for creation of a waterfall
or stream is supported, if a hose is connected to the
diverter valve of the riser pipe.
Read these instructions thoroughly before commissioning this appliance. By doing so you can help
prevent personal injury and damage to the appliance.
Safety first!
Please note the following to prevent injury:

Check power cable for damage prior to installation and before every use. If the
power cable is damaged, the appliance is faulty and can no longer be used. It
can not be repaired.

Never reach into the water before not all submerged electrical equipment is
switched OFF and their power cables unplugged.

Operate this pump only on a power source matching the specifications stated in
the „technical specifications“ section, and equipped with a residual current operated device (RCD) of 30 mA tripping current.

Do not operate pump when there are persons in the water.
To prevent damage to the appliance, please note:

Into the water!

Check if filter element cover is properly seated.

fit riser pipe1 to pump 2 and push
firmly down.

attach fountain head.

attach diverter line.

Place pump into water.
Place pump on firm foundation (e. g.
bricks), to prevent priming of dirt particles.
Select location so that the fountain
head is above the water level.

Make sure the power cable plug does not get wet.
To prevent water running down the power cable from entering the outlet,
always lay out the power cable so that is raises to the power outlet.

Unplug power cable before regulating the
water flow.

Turn flow regulator 3 on pump to adjust the
water bell height and intensity of diverter
stream.
Always unplug power cable before cleaning.
Caution! Do not use aggressive detergents containing solvents.

· Clean filter element cover regularly.
· Clean filter element, rotor and fountain head if flow is disturbed.
Cleaning the filter elements
· Loosen cover 1 by pressing on the
spring clips 2 and pull off.
· Pull off flow regulator 3.
· Pull out filter element 7 and rinse
with water.
When replacing the flow regulator

make sure it locks in place (turn if
necessary).
Cleaning the rotor
· Turn pump upside down.
· Turn base 4 at its feet 5 (“open”)
until loosened and pull out from
pump casing.
· Remove rotor 6 and rinse with
water.

· Rinse fountain head with water;
remove obstinate soiling with a soft
brush.
