AUTOMATIC CROSS FOLDER

Model 2:

2 lanes for items’ dim ensions of 1000 mm. Automatic cross (transversal) folder without auto centring.

Category of linen: Medium-size flat items

! TRANS-FOLDER should be added to length fold

folders (COMPACT-FOLDER and MAXI-FOLDER), to get a universal finishing line.

Operation:

The cross fold is done by one blade between reve rse

rotating rollers (maximum width of cross fold 420 mm).

! Separate stacker equipped with pneumatic clamps

and conveyer belts on the stack table (conveyer length: 850 mm; maximum height of stacks: 180 mm)

Features:

The robust steel chassis is made of bended 3 and 4

mm thick metal sheets. White colour RAL 9010. Piece counter on each cross fold lane.

! Easy to use control system managin g up to 20 folding

programs.

! Buzzer and flashing light alarms in case of jam.

Automatic torn/dirty linen rejection directly after the

length fold.

! Belts and antistatic bar for smooth operation.

! Mounted on wheels
