Main Features
•540 mm stainless steel cylinder, angled at 18° for better
performance and to facilitate vegetable loading and
unloading operations.
•Water-tight aluminum door with upward lifting, incorporates
a safety device activated when opened.
•Stainless steel filter table with a removable filter basket
attached to the peeler.
•Transparent polycarbonate lid fully opening, equipped with
lock.
•IP55 touch button control panel.
•Safety device stops the machine from operating with the lid
and/or door open.
•Timer with countdown display.
•Pulse function to control the unloading operation.
•Nominal hourly output 500/600 kg/hr.
•Supplied with:
-abrasive plate, abrasive cylinder and filter basket as

Water-tight aluminum door with safety device that activates when opened. Microswitch
stops the machine from operating with lid or door opened. The models detailed in this
sheet are designed for abrasive peeling and are supplied as standard with an abrasive plate
and partially abrasive cylinder.
