Sometime water leakage overnight.
Some pumps leak from shaft sealing and some worked without water (burning the sealing)
From serial number 60800001 we have introduced new rinse pumps FIR5213 with grey thermosetting (BCM) shell and cross through screws with selflocking nut instead of 049310 (and relevant pumps FIR4213 with different voltage supply) with white thermoplastic shell and self-tapping screws. Thermosetting material is more chemicals and high temperature proof than thermoplastic material.

Pumps with long rotor/stator are suitable for non-stop service (Rack Type) while pumps
with short rotor/stator are suitable for intermittent service only.
TThheerreeffoorree do NOT use pumps 0L1079
and 0L1100 in any Rack Type
and 0L1100 in any Rack Type
They are suitable for Undercounter, Frontal Loading, Hood Type and Pot&Pan Washer machines.
do NOT use pumps 0L1079
.
Pumps 0L1104 / 0L1111 should NOT be used instead of 0L1079 / 0L1100
turning the shell 90° because the sealing is NOT longer guaranteed.

Action in Field
PW1M-2M / WT830M-850M
New pumps are not perfectly interchangeable towards the previous ones:
long rotor/stator pumps are a bit bigger than old pumps while short rotor/stator pumps are smaller than old pumps;
the inlet is now 2 mm larger (so new inlet hoses are needed accordingly);
the capacitor is fitted on board.
New pumps can be fitted in older machines only with following parts:
Product Family
LS5WS / WT4WS
LS6EA / WT30E
LU7 / WTU40
LS9 / WT55
LS10EA-14EA / WT65E
WT830EA-850EA

Still need 049310 (recoded as 0L1030) and 049612

Orders for old 049310 / 049612 / etc. will be switched automatically to new 0L1079 / 0L1100 / etc. since these new short rotor/stator pumps are used in more machines.
Please, be aware that water leakage may happen again if the rinse
pump has worked without water (burning the shaft sealing).
