Moisture/Water-proof Parts in RTC/WTC and WTM
Modular Rack Type range (Electrolux WTM series) and Compact Rack Type range (Electrolux WTC series and Zanussi RTC series).
Either short circuit or malfunction. Steam may enter into control panel from tanks or water can drop on
connectors in case of overflow (e.g. the water level is higher because the overflow pipe is fitted upside-down).
From serial number 72600001 we have introduced:
• conformal coating on user interfaces 0L1285 (WTM) and 0L1196
• conformal coating on HACCP board 0L1197 (available only in RTC
• plastic cover 0L1484 (WTM) / 0L1483 (RTC/WTC) for user interface;
• upper pads for door guides to prevent steam enters into control panel;
• conformal coating on air gap pressure sensor 0L1132 (available only in
• symmetric overflow-pipe 0L1430 to avoid upside-down;
• symmetric overflow-pipe 0L1431 (only prewash module 600 mm) to avoid
• sealed (with heat shrink cable terminations) CPC plugs;
• sealed (with heat shrink cable terminations) free connectors under voltage
• sealed (with heat shrink cable terminations) plastic inlet valve connection
Moreover we have moved connectors away from machine borders and put upside-down the coil of the brass inlet valve (available only in WTM and RTC Zanussi level A-B).

Retro-fit kits are available to upgrade machines in field:
• kit 0TT144 for Modular RT (Electrolux WTM level A and B)
• kit 0TT145 for Compact RT with atmospheric boiler (only Zanussi RTC
level A and B)
• kit 0TT146 for Compact RT with pressure boiler (Zanussi RTC level C / Electrolux WTC level A and B)
Each kit contains all "moisture/water-proof parts" needed to upgrade the machine to the latest status (the quantity of each part is for the biggest model). For instance, the kit 0TT144 for Modular RT contains 1 painted user interface 0L1285 with software 1.56 + 1 plastic cover for user interface + 1 painted air gap pressure sensor + 6 upper pads for door guides, 2 symmetric overflow­pipe 0L1430, etc. And, of course, each kit contains relevant installation instructions.
