Unit to be Electrolux 22 Hub Bench power drive unit. Electric characteristics to be ___400V or ___230V three phase operation. Unit entirely constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel with closed type, self-ventilated motor. Unit placed on revolving base allowing attachments to be used in different positions. Unit to feature a double speed motor and 24 volt controls. Motor protected from overload by a thermal cut-out device and operates with helical gears in a crankcase. Hub attachment type 10 with locking device and safety microswitch to quickly insert other interchangeable attachments.

alloy mounted on self-lubricating bearings, stainless steel conveyor hopper.

Graters: roller in 304 AISI stainless steel rotating in self-lubricating bearings.

Squeezer: body in anodized inoxal, stainless steel conveyor hopper, filter with 2 mm holes, nylon pestle suitable to be used with food.
