The Electrolux 900-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of hotels, institutions, hospitals, central kitchens, in-flight kitchens and cruise ships. The series consist of a wide choice of modular stainless steel elements that can be installed as individual, free-standing units or assembled into a complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of cleverly-designed connecting rails.

The models detailed on this sheet have four individual electric cooking plates above an electric oven, with models available for operation from one side only or from both sides to suit a central cooking island. Installation options are floor mounted on 100 or 200 mm high feet or a plinth which can be either steel or masonry construction.

EASY TO USE

•Cooking surface is an electrically heated solid plate made from steel with 4 independently controlled zones. Models with ECOTOP have a 14mm thick mild steel cooking surface with a special coating to reduce heat radiation and energy consumption.

•Surface temperature can be selected steplessly up to 450°C and is electronically controlled to a very high degree of accuracy.

•Option of one indicating lamp for the whole hob or for each cooking zone.

•Joint free cooking surface.

•Rapid heat up of the plate and continuously ready for use.

•Setting different temperatures in zones provides a temperature gradient over the plate for different

cooking needs and provides more space for pots and pans because the whole top can be used.

•Pans can be moved from one appliance to another without lifting.

•Convenient operation with highly visible control panels and knobs.

•Overheat protection - an electronic control switches the supply off in the event of overtemperature.

•Electric roasting and baking oven for two GN2/1 shelves or containers. Individual thermostatic control to upper and lower heating elements.

•Oven temperature up to 350°C.

•Thick steel base plate for the even temperature distribution and storage.

•Optional base plate with a fire clay element provides a very

uniform distribution and long term storage of the oven heat; it is beneficial for sensitive patisserie.

•All appliances conform to ruling European safety and hygiene standards and are H marked.

•All models are type-approved by an international standards authority and are certified.

EASY TO MAINTAIN

•The hard, smooth, pore-free cooking surface is easy to clean and provides maximum hygiene.

•Body, compartment and support are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

•Hygienic design of the open base compartment with large round edges.

•No gaps or dirt traps between adjoining appliances when connecting rails are fitted.

•All major components may be easily accessed from the front.

•The appliances are IP X5 certified against water jets.
