The Electrolux 900-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of
hotels, institutions, hospitals, central kitchens, in-flight kitchens and cruise ships. The series consist of a wide
choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual, free-standing units or assembled into a
complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of cleverly-designed connecting rails. The models
detailed on this sheet have an electrically heated solid plate made from steel with independently controlled
heating zones mounted on a base. Models are available in a choice of two widths, with two or four burners,
and for operation from one side only or from both sides to suit a central cooking island. Installation options are
floor mounted on 100 or 200 mm high feet or a plinth which can be either steel or masonry construction.

EASY TO USE

• Cooking surface is an electrically
heated solid plate made from
steel. Models with ECOTOP have
a 14mm thick mild steel cooking
surface with a special coating to
reduce heat radiation and energy
consumption.

• Models with either 2 or 4
independently controlled zones.

• Surface temperature can be
selected steplessly up to 450°C
and is electronically controlled to a
very high degree of accuracy.

• Optionally one green control
lamp can be installed for the
whole hob or for each cooking
zone.

• Continuous joint free cooking
surface.

• Rapid heat up of the plate and
continuously ready for use.

• Setting different temperature
zones provides a temperature
gradient over the plate for different
cooking needs by positioning of
the pots.

• More space for pot and pans
because the intermediate zones
can also be used.

• Pan rests and work top at the
same level allow moving pans
from one appliance to another
without lifting.
