Food is uniformly heated through the pan base
and the side walls by an indirect heating
system in all models.
Variomix and Promix pans, always equipped
with agitators and electronic control, are ideal
for the high production of mashed potatoes,
minced meats, pastes, complex sauces,
whipped creams and soups.
The Promix model is additionally equipped with
the multipurpose fast spinning to facilitate the
mixing of extra thick foods.
