Technical Data
This dishwasher has basicly the same construction as the range 1995, like shown on the pages 292 1372 01 - 21. But it has a bigger electronic with automatic programes.
In the automatic programes the pollution (mist) of the rinse water is measured during the pre­rinse and the intermediate rinse. If no pollution is recognized the water of the pre-rinse is used during the mainwash. A second intermediate rinse will not be executed.

turbit-sensor
The function of the turbit-sensor is only activ by programmes "AUTO 65" and "AUTO BIO 50"
Function:
The input voltage of the turbit-sensor can be between 6 V and 11,4 V (rail connections output electronic 4 and 6). The output voltage should always be 4,3 V (rail connections output electronic 1 and 6). That's voltage value for clean water. Should the turbit-sensor be dirty after a long period of use, the input voltage corresponding to the turbit with automatically engage the electronical output according to the output voltage until it has reched 4,3 V. This calibration occurs in final rinse. Should the maximum input voltage of 11,4 V be reached, then it couldn't reach the output­voltage of 4,3 V - 60 mV. The error will be recorded "C5" in the memory. Should the output-voltage in pre-wash be under 3 V and in intermediate rinsing under 3,8 V, then we have turbit water in the tank. In the service the turbit-sensor test program will not be calibrated for medium water, but with air (3,5 V). That corresponds to medium water (4,3 V).

LED-blockade only upper sprayarm
The LED-blockage is only over the upper sprayarm. The LED-blockage for lower sprayarm is removed.
Function:
The inspection is running during the recycling pump in function. The distributor-position on upper sprayarm. The position contact for distributor b65 is open. After change the upper sprayarm will be controlled within 40 sec. During this 40 sec. should be existing minimal 4 impulse. If that is not the case, an error will be recorded as "Cu" in the memory. The LED sprayarm is on and the buzzer is going on.
LED-water inlet
The reed relay for water inlet is removed.
Function:
The inspect of LED-water inlet occurs about the pressure switch, i. e. the level isn't reached within 60 sec, then LED-water inlet is going on. An Error will be recorded as "C1" in the memory, the LED "water" is going on.

The fully electronic dishwasher has the following service functions:

1. Heater element programming
- Press buttons 4 and 7 simultaneously and switch on with button 1 (Refer to paragraph 3. 'Fault memory' for the pushbutton numbering)
- Press button 7 for choosing the heater power (after 6 seconds the display is switched off and the power value is stored)
2. Fault display
If the electronic detects a fault during the washing programme, it is displayed by flashing LEDs. By pressing the programme button next to the LED, the programme continues and the fault display is cancelled.
The lower 5 LEDs of the programme progress indicator are used for the fault display. On dishwashers with multi-function display the fault is also indicated on that display.

The rotary switch contact is closed when the water enters the upper spray arm. If the contact doesn’t switch, the module detects this fault type. Alltough the distriputer isn’t controll high, a changing signal is recognized on contact b65 (short circuit).
