IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read these instructions carefully before operating the oven. Keep them for further reference.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse the cord, plug, or any parts of the oven in water or other liquids.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces. The use of accessory or attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injuries. Turn off and unplug the oven from the mains socket when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to
cool before cleaning or handling. Always hold the plug, but never pull the cord.
Do not cover any part of the oven with metal foil. This will cause overheating of the oven. To avoid burns, use extreme caution when removing the tray or disposing of hot grease. A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable materials such as curtains, draperies,
walls, and the like, when in operation. Do not store any items on top of the oven when in operation.
Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers constructed of other than metal or glass. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, and other similar
products.
Do not store any materials, other than manufacturers recommended accessories, in this oven when
not in use.
Always wear oven gloves (not supplied) or use the supplied rack/tray handle when inserting or
removing items from the hot oven.
Do not use the oven outdoors. Do not use the oven for other than intended use. Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in the toaster oven as they may cause a risk of
fire or risk of electric shock.
The appliance must be used in a well-ventilated room.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Remove all packaging materials and wipe the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Wash all the accessories in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly before using.
You can turn the function knob to select the OFF, grill, lower heating, convectional, convectional with fan or rotisserie setting.
Lower heating:
Only the bottom heating elements will heat up.
Grill:
Only the top heating elements will heat up.
Convectional:
The top and bottom heating elements will heat up.
Convectional with fan:
The top and bottom heating elements will heat up. The fan will work.
Rotisserie
The top heating elements will heat up. The rotisserie motor will work.
The timer can be set up to 120 minutes. In order for the oven to work, you will need to either set up a cooking time or turn the timer knob to Stay-on” position (see section “Continuous cooking without timer” below).
Cooking with timer
To set the required operating time, turn the timer knob clockwise. The red indicator light will illuminate. After the time has elapsed, a bell sound will be heard.

Place the oven on a stable flat surface. Be sure that no other appliances are plugged into the same
circuit with the oven.

Adjusting Time
Timer can be changed during cooking. Turn the timer knob to the required time.
Continuous cooking without timer
If you want to use the oven without timer control, turn the timer knob to the “Stay-on” position. The oven will work unless the timer knob is set to the “Off” position.
OPERATION
For the first time use, set the thermostat to 230 °C, set the function knob to the position and turn the timer knob to 20 minutes. Leave the oven operating with no food inside.
NOTE: The oven may smoke during cooking. This is normal for a new oven and will last no more than 10 to 15 minutes.
General Instructions
1. Place the rack in position. There are 3 slots in the oven: slide the rack to the desired height according to the food to be
cooked.
2. Oil from food may drip when cooking; in this case place the food on the tray. Make sure that you
always use an ovenproof container and never use plastic or cardboard containers in the oven.
3. Never use glass or ceramic cookware.
4. Set the temperature as suggested by the recipe or as desired.
5. Securely shut the oven door and set the cooking time to start cooking.
6. To achieve better cooking performance, it is recommended to preheat the oven for 5 to 8 minutes
before cooking.
Convectional
This setting is ideal for use when cooking baked potatoes, roasting meat and vegetables, ready meals, casseroles, stews, bread, cakes and desserts.
1. Place food on the baking tray and slide the tray into the middle position in the oven. Close the oven
door.
2. Turn the function knob to .

Convectional with fan
The settings are ideal for use when cooking baked potatoes, roasting meat and vegetables, ready meals, casseroles, stews, bread, cakes and desserts.
1. Place food on the baking tray and slide onto the middle position in the oven. Close the oven door.
2. Turn the function knob to .
3. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat knob.
4. Turn the timer knob to either Stay-on or the required cooking time.
Grill
This setting is ideal for use when toasting bread and grilling chicken, sausage, pork chops and bacon.
1. Place food on the baking rack and slide the rack into the top position in the oven.
2. Slide the tray below to collect grease and fat. Close the oven door.
3. Turn the function knob to .
4. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat knob.
5. Turn the timer knob to either Stay-on or required cooking time.
Lower heating
This setting can be used for most food cooked in the conventional function, but will take longer.
1. Place food on the baking tray and slide the tray into the bottom position in the oven. Close the oven
door.
2. Turn the function knob to .
3. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat knob.
4. Turn the timer knob to either Stay-on or required cooking time.
Rotisserie function
1. Slide the tray into the bottom position in the oven.
2. Turn the function knob to .
3. Place food to be cooked on the rotisserie skewer by inserting the rotisserie skewer directly through
the centre of the food.
4. Place two skewer clamps into the food and secure the skewer clamps with two thumbscrews.
5. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie skewer
into the drive socket located on the right hand side of the oven wall.
6. Make sure the square end of the rotisserie
skewer rests on the rotisserie skewer support located on the left hand side of the oven wall.

7. Select suitable temperature by turning the thermostat knob.
8. Turn the timer knob to either Stay-on or required cooking time.
WARNING: If the cooking time is less than 5 minutes, you must turn the timer control knob past the 10 minutes then back to the desired cooking time. This will ensure a safe and accurate timer setting.
CAUTION: Cooked food and baking tray or rack can be very hot; handle with care. Always use the tray/rack handle when removing hot baking tray or rack from the oven.
After cooking
After you finish cooking, turn the timer knob to the Off position.
When removing food from the oven, always use oven gloves (not supplied) or the supplied rack/tray
handle. Beware: the food and oven are very hot.

Remove the rotisserie skewer by placing
the hooks of the rotisserie skewer handle under the grooves on the either side of the rotisserie skewer.
Lift the left side of the rotisserie skewer first by lifting it up and out. Then pull the rotisserie skewer out of the drive socket and carefully remove the roast from the oven. Take the roast off the rotisserie skewer and place on cutting board or platter.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Be sure to unplug the oven from the mains socket and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
Wipe the inside of the appliance with a damp cloth. Clean the outside of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Wash all removable parts in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly before use.
NEVER USE ABRASIVE OR CHEMICAL CLEANERS. DO NOT IMMERSE THE OVEN IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID. LET ALL PARTS AND SURFACES DRY THOROUGHLY BEFORE PLUGGING IN AND OPERATING THE OVEN.
SURFACES IN CONTACT WITH FOOD SHOULD BE CLEANED REGULARLY TO AVOID CROSS CONTAMINATION FROM DIFFERENT TYPES OF FOOD, THE USE OF HOT CLEAN WATER WITH A MILD DETERGENT IS ADVISABLE WHEN DEALING WITH SURFACES THAT COME INTO CONTACT WITH FOOD. CORRECT FOOD HYGIENE PRACTICES SHOULD ALWAYS BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES TO AVOID POSSIBILITY OF FOOD POISONING /CROSS CONTAMINATION.
