Electrolux 800 thermaline
Multi function bratt pan on cupboard
The Electrolux 800-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for heavy duty use where space is at a
premium. The series consist of a wide choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual,
free-standing units or assembled into a complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of
cleverly-designed connecting rails.
The models detailed on this sheet have a shallow well with a cooking surface in the base making them suitable
for griddle and wet well cooking duties. Of non tilting design, the well is drained into a container placed in the
cupboard. Installation options are floor mounted on 100 or 200 mm high feet or a plinth which can be either
steel or masonry construction.
EASY TO USE

• Can be used for sautéing,
poaching, steaming, simmering,
stewing, braising, boiling and
preparing white sauces.
• An 18 mm thick stainless steel
plated bottom is seamlessly
welded into the chrome nickel
steel well.
• Choice of one or two heating
zones.
• Bottom temperature control is
infinitely variable by a thermostat
on the control panel.
• Temperature can be set from 50°
to 250°C.
• Uniform temperature distribution
over the whole base.
• Short heat-up time of the empty
pan in less than 20 minutes.
• Interior dimensions of the pan
enable the use of GN containers
with insert frames for appliances
with a width of 500 mm, 1 x GN
1/1, for appliances with a width of
800 mm, 2 x GN 1/1 .
• The open storage space in the
base of the appliance will accept a
GN1/1 container.
• Indicator lamps show the
operating state of each zone.
• A safety thermostat
automatically switches the
appliance off if it overheats.
• The outlet tube serves as a
safety overflow to prevent
overfilling.

EASY TO MAINTAIN
• Rounded corners and edges aid
cleaning.
• The drain is easy to clean for
maximum hygiene and is fitted
with a removeable outlet tube
made of a heat-resistant synthetic
material.
• Body, cupboard and support are
made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
• Hygienic design of the open
base cupboard with lround edges.
• No gaps or dirt traps between
adjoining appliances when
connecting rails are fitted.
• All major components may be
easily accessed from the front.
• The appliances are IP X5
certified against water jets.
