AUTOMATIC FEEDER WITH CLAMPS

Model 2.1:

2 feeding st ations, 1 feeding lan e for large and

medium-size flat items (tablecloth, bed sheets, under sheet, mattress protector etc.).

Production:

Working width: 3000 - 3300 mm

Category of item: Large flat items (maxi 3200 mm)

and Medium-size (mini 1500 mm) flat items with automatic clamps. Can be used for small flat items in manual

mode; direct feeding on the vacuum feeding table.

! Production/hour: 500 to 600 items by two

operators, according to: dimensions of items, ironer’s speed and operator’s skill.

Operation:

! Auto-Feeder is compatible with all models of

ironers. It decreases labour cost and improves the feeding and the ironing quality. Clamp’s driven on feeding table by mean of

pneumatic jacks and equalizing bar for perfect alignment.

! A powerful vac uum feeding t able combine d with

the action of a mobile blade ensure a perfect spreading.

! Mobile and retractable clamps for easy, efficient

and user-friendly small flat items feeding.

Features:

Feeding speed controlled by encoder and

potentiometer.

! Two independent fans give power of the vacuum

table. Cycle management and control by electronic

system.

! Adjustable height of belt conveyor into ironer’s

feeding edge.

! Mobile and retractable clamps for easy feeding

of small flat items directly on the vacuumfeeding table. Transmission done by asynchronous motor

managed by frequency control and driving timing belts.

! Machine installed on wheels and rails for an

easy maintenance of the two feeding table’ fans. Front feeding tray helps to well prepare items

before feeding

! Panel control for management and control of the

process. Buzzer and flashing light alarms in case of jam.

Compatible for connection with folder device, for

automatic rejection of items (dirt/torn).

! Vacuumed air filter.

Options:

Safety device between feeder and ironer.

Additional control panel installed in front of the

ironing set.
